I had them out for service to clear a clogged pipe and backup. The plumber arrived but was very rude and belligerent upon arrival. Rather than come in the house to look and check to see what the issue was he immediately began complaining that the mainline was inaccessible, he wasn't climbing in the crawlspace and that he wasn't doing the job because it wasn't covered under the home warranty. I asked him to leave because of his attitude. The owner called the next day and showed that he cared about his customers, and that corrective action was being taken. For the most part the experience wasn't pleasant but it does mean something that they called to acknowledge the issue and hopefully this person gets retrained or finds a more suitable non public facing career.

Jay's the man! He took my plumbing emergency on a sunny Sunday afternoon despite clocking out for the day, which makes him pretty much a hero! My dishwasher was overflowing from a clog, but Jay used his handy dandy toolkit and got that taken care of in less than 30minutes. And if that wasn't enough, he also gave me tips on avoiding another clog AAAAND took a quick look at my bath tub that had a slow drain. Hopefully I'll never need plumbing services again, but if I do, jay's my go to super rooter!

This plumbing company is a sham. Buyer beware Do not use them. They have been stringing us along for 5 months saying it has taken 5 months to order a part. Meanwhile, they left us with a torn apart unusable shower. We only used them because our home warranty company required us to. Be careful not to use them

I have had the worst experience ever with any contractor of any type. The only reason I had to use them was my home warranty company First American home warranty insisted on using them and it has been nothing but a nightmare!! Our water heater broke on April 22 and was supposed to be covered under our home warranty but they found every excuse to try to extract money from us for things that were not even necessary. They seem to know how to manipulate the home warranty system in order to screw the customer out of his money. They were very rude, had horrible customer service and I still don't have a replacement heater after 2 weeks. Going to hire a real plumber so my 3 young children can take a warm bath. Contacting a lawyer to try to get my money back.

If I could give a zero, I would. Brian was sent out by our home warranty and made false accusations that got our claim denied. We asked for a reasonable explanation but never got one from Brian or the home warranty. The worst experience ever! Don't bother taking any chances or wasting a dollar with them or First American Home Buyers Protection.

I was so glad that Emergency Plumbing was called by my home warranty insurance. They really did a good job re-routing the pipes in my house when I had a slab leak in my house. It took a whole day to finished it but they made sure that everything is done and my pipes where fixed and running. Thank you Emergency Plumbing. You guys are great!!!!!

Mr. Jay is amazing. We were so lucky that the home insurance called Emergency Plumbing. Our toilet in the guest bathroom was doing a see saw motion. Jay didn't just put the sealant around the toilet but disassembled it looked at the problem. We found out that my base was too high from the floor. He explained to me how it was and even recommended what to do. He said that he'll do his best to do a remedy but we need to find a contractor to work on the floor and even it out. As a first time home buyer, he even said, do your homework and don't just settle with the 1st one. I felt like I was talking to my dad who was very concern.

We have used the services of this company three times 1) blocked drain hours before we were having 60 people over for brunch; 2) to check our water heater; and 3) to replace our water heater. Jose (aka ""J"") has been our plumber each time and he does a great job (and he is a nice gentleman too). He also goes the extra mile to explain exactly what he is doing and how best to keep our plumbing system in optimal shape. In summary: competent, reliable, honest, punctual, fairly priced, and friendly.

They were sent out for a faucet leak by my Home Warranty company. Ricardo was the plumber and he was the nicest most genuine of plumbers. Fixed the cartridge quickly and was on his way. I would definitely use them again if I have a plumbing problem once my warranty is up. I do hope the other plumbers are like Ricardo. Highly recommended!

This business is more a one shop all, for Africa products and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you will find something or someone to satisfy your needs. Please go see LK's for your African flavor services. The braiders not only do the traditional looks but they do the styles only found in Africa. And the makeup artist does makeup for all occasions, and will sale you the makeup to use at home. I highly recommend this taste of Africa right here in San Diego.
