Christmas Eve 8:30 pm, 7 of us get back from a day of outdoor fun. We are dirty, tried and badly in need of showers. What do we see water is running out if a hole in the yard and flowing like a small river down the street! It was the main water line from the meter. After some digging and some panicking we called Emergency Plumbing. Ali answered the phone and could not have been nicer. An hour later Thomas showed up. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got us set up with a temporary water supply. We got showers and toilets for all. They were great! They get an A+ for service and absolutely filled the Emergency part of their name. Thank you.

Dan came out late Friday night, answered all of our questions, and fixed everything while the family watched TV. Good guy, very friendly. Smooth sailing.

We had a backup in one sink that over flowed another lower sink. They responded fast and Daniel quickly found the issue and cleared up the problem. He will be coming back Monday to work on another drain issue.

Emergency Plumbing sent their technician Daniel out for a tech report to be submitted on a water heater warranty claim.
Pilot light cover was removed but Daniel didn't even bother to remove the insulation that showed that there was in fact 1/2-1"" of water surrounding entire bottom of unit.
Claimed there wasn't an active leak so warranty claim was denied.
Confirmation received that no pictures showing unit as actually having leaked 6-8 times from top of unit all the way down (5') to bottom of unit so Emergency Plumbing was contacted on two separate occasions by myself and warranty company in order for their tech report to be updated for claim to be re-reviewed.
Both requests were ignored.

I would prefer not to have given them a star. I was refereed to them under a warranty repair from Home Depot. First I could not reach them even though they are a 24 hour repair service. I finally got a man to come out and he looked at what need to be done and said he had problems returning water heater to Home Depot. He scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace it. The next day they called and said that the had a BIGGER EMERGENCY to take care of and canceled the appointment and never called back. I was then referred to BSJ Plumbing, 480-325-0886. The service man Fred arrived early and took care of the replacement at Home Depot without a problem. He was a professional and I would call this company any time for plumbing repairs. I called Emergency Plumbing on Saturday afternoon to get help with my kitchen sink. I had clogged the sink and jammed my garbage disposal. Water was trickling down but certainly not as quickly as it should. I spoke with Julie and she was amazing. She gave me her cell number so I could text her my information and my problem. Once she was able to she called me back to set up the appointment. The appointment was set for 11 AM Sunday morning.. she was a pleasure to work with. At 11 AM Sunday morning my doorbell rang and Daniel was standing there with a smile on his face and a good morning! He came in and diagnose the problem immediately. He fix the problem within seconds and I was completely thrilled. I would highly recommend Emergency Plumbing! They were amazing! They treat you like a well respected customer yet they were very friendly and personable. If you have a situation that needs professional help please call Emergency Plumbing! I can't say enough about them. I will definitely be using them again when the situation arises.

I never write reviews, but this is by far the best service I have ever received. We had an emergency on Saturday morning at 7:30am, called them and they were at our house in an hour. They texted me a picture and background for our technician and they emailed an invoice with pictures of the work they completed. Not to mention how affordable it was for emergency service! I will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward!

Technician arrived in 20 minutes and fixed the problem with zero fuss and hassle - even though it really wasn't an emergency. I particularly like the fact that they texted me prior to his arrival with a picture of the technician and even a short bio! Nice touch.

Emergency Plumbing arrived this morning on time to clear a stopped up kitchen drain. Jose promptly cleared the drain and cleaned up any water. Took no more than 20 minutes to resolve the problem. Very pleased.

I don't know who to thank here. My father has dementia and made a huge mess confusing the bathtub with the toilet. I called emergency plumbing and they sent over a saint of a man who fixed the problem with such professionalism.
