The work was done effectively and area was clean after everything was done. As of right now the new heater is running nicely. I was able to talk to Tony and gave the the run down to what he did. He has been dealing with my son for the 2 visits. The updates done look great. I wish the company will do cosmetic just for the fact that everything is done in one trip. The reps over the phone were also great"". One thing is to inform yourself about this process when home warranty are involved. Cosmetic stuff like painting and fix walls is not part of it, any update s that are required we pay for it. I'm happy with the updates done by Tony my water heater was super old. If anything I would blame this issue to my home inspector when I got the home. Didn't recommend anything on it when based on the updates I did it had multiple issues.
I would use this company again, Jeffrey was nice too, answer all my questions and gave me an estimate for my cost. First American warranty called me and broke down the charges. Everything was clear and I got it done quicker than other can say.

This company is very misleading. I called my home warranty company last night with an emergency plumbing need my issue was sent to the company. They were closed I got up this morning and call them at 8am still closed. Something told me to check their Yelp page for up to date hours it says that they are open. So I called a few more times and they are still closed. I don't understand the purpose of their name if there are not even emergency repairs. Then I see all the horrible reviews especially from the company owner. That's not a way to speak to future clients. My warranty company was able to contact them at 9 am and was told their soonest appt would be Tuesday which is a joke. When today is Friday. I don't recommend at all if I could they would have gotten no stars. Their name is misleading and clearly they can't do their jobs correctly especially since they can't turn off a voicemail or update their hours on Yelp.

My Water Pressure Regulator stopped functioning, 3 bad shower heads, 3 shower cartilages needed, 2 diverted stops needed, and a toilet valve replacement needed. Carsten of Emergency Plumbing showed up with a big smile on his face and full of knowledge to complete the job. He noted what was needed, ordered the parts, and returned at a later date to complete the work. I will use this company again. Very professional, kind, and expedient.

Carsten is awesome! He installed our new faucet & garbage disposal and he did a fantastic job! We have been getting a lot of work done in our home. Most of the workers didn't really care at all about me and my home, not Carsten. He has not only done a great job as far as workmanship but he is also very kind and courteous. The only regret I have is not tipping him. Thank you Carsten for doing a great job!

Cris and Jose came early than expected. Both very professional.Cris explained what they found out on my leaking sink. They fixed it and I hope it will be all good. Cris also checked my water heater and knew right away that my heater needs to be replaced. He tried fixing it for the time being. I'm a satisfied customer!

Carsten was awesome!! He was in and out in 20 minutes. Bathroom was left clean. I would have never known he had repaired the toilet. He was very friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Terrific service! First American scheduled EPR to come out to service my plumbing needs...had issues with my water pressure from the backyard hose and the toilet leaking. I was hesitant due to all these negative reviews, but I guess each experience is its own. In my experience, I'm relieved and glad that I had a very positive and happy experience...starting with scheduling the call with a very courteous and professional call rep (forgot his name) until the end. My service window was from 12-2pm and Tim showed up exactly on time at 12pm...very punctual. Not only was he punctual, he went straight to work and fixed my plumbing issues with the clanking noise with the water hose and my toilet leak. He was friendly, professional, and experienced! Thank you Tim!!! Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend and would use them again in the event my warranty expires.

I was going through my home warranty, and I called at 6 am, and 7 am with a call back at 9 am. It was an emergency, and the next available appointment wasn't for two full days. I read through their comments while waiting for a callback, and the owner in one comment on yelp recommended a warranty customer to request another vendor, which I didn't know was possible, and I did just that.

If you have a home warranty they will not provide plumbing services for you. They came out in early November to check if they needed to replace a broken faucet....they decided it needed to be replaced and said they would schedule. ...Old Republic Home Warranty called them December ...they claimed they were waiting for parts...( For a builder quality faucet ?). It has been 2 and a half months since they came out.

I called them today and left a message that I needed plumbing services and did not identify as a home warranty customer. When they called back I told them that I had read the Yelp reviews and it is clear that they don't help Home Warranty customers. Believe it or not she said Yelp reviews were not any refection of their services..... Yelp reviews are a direct reflection of how they treat home warranty customers....clearly she is misinformed.

Please read the Yelp reviews......this company will waist your time, Old Republic Home Warranties time, and even Emergency Plumbing and Rooters time,

I wish everyone would just be honest...it would save .....all of us waisted time and money.
