I just want to say that Christopher was awesome, he was courteous and professional and very helpful, I would recommend Christopher all the time. I'm always a little Leary of the techs that are sent from my home warranty company, but this one was good! Well at least Christopher was!

Chris from Emergency Plumbing & Rooter came out to work on a few faucets covered under American Home Shield Warranty. He was knowledgeable and efficient, had the parts in his truck, and answered every dumb question I threw at him. Chris is an asset to Emergency Plumbing & Rooter. Thanks so much!
My takeaway is to make sure the service or the part is covered under the American Home Shield home warranty. Call American Home Shield to make sure the service requested is on the service ticket BEFORE the service contractor comes in.

Horrible. Do not use. American Home Shield (AHS) assigned this company for a pipe leak under a house with a raised foundation. Plumber showed up without a flashlight, went under the house to look at the leak using only the light from his cell phone, spent eight minutes at the house, and then took EIGHT DAYS to submit his diagnosis report to AHS. All while the pipe kept leaking. This company then reported to AHS that demolition of kitchen floor was needed to access the pipe leak and wanted to charge an additional fee of $2,700 beyond what was covered by the warranty. Got a second opinion from another AHS plumber who easily and quickly fixed the issue without any demolition at no cost beyond what was covered by the warranty.

Carsten was very personable and professional! He arrived in a timely matter, asked what the issues were and got straight to resolving the issues. He explained what needed to be done and completed the tasks without any hesitations. I would highly recommend Carsten to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. Thank you, Carsten!

We had some plumbing issues arise and our home warranty sent this company out for inspection. They gave a 2hour window of arrival and the technician came late. I had to call main office for update if technician was still en route. Was told technician delayed on previous job site. Okay fine. The technician arrived to look at issue we were having with drainage from restrooms. The technician Walked around said ""I'm not sure. I'll have to make a report and send it in."" It was only a visual inspection. The issue of course, is with our sewer pipes that can not be seen from above. No camera inspection. Nothing. Technician took 2 pictures was at site for 2minutes and left. We had to pay for them to come out. On the way out stated ""I will be submitting report later today."" This was 3 weeks ago. I have been going back and forth with this company and home warranty. No report has been submitted by this technician. When this company was called for update was told, ""This is a big job. We have to have managers and supervisors involved."" Okay how do they know it's a big job with no actual inspection of pipes. Unless the technician has X-ray vision I'm not aware of. Of course I have had other companies out here to inspect and have gotten reports back within 2 hours with proper inspection. So I ask, what is so special about this ""report from the technician?"" If you are reading this, research other companies. This has been a headache. We have not been in our house for more than 6months and have to deal with this. This company is unprofessional, and incompetent . I don't like to write negative reviews, but this is for those in similar situations. Good luck.

Wow if anyone could be any more rude and unprofessional! Home warranty company sent them out for a leak. The tech would not spend 2 minutes at the site which we paid for through getting the insurance and paying the $85 fee. Asked him to explain what was going on and he answered he had to go to the next place. First of all I asked the office for an hour heads up before he shows up but that never happened of course. Then they send this rude guy out that won't even talk to me in a respectful and professional manner. I will be reporting them to the home warranty company. I would highly recommend to go elsewhere for plumbing needs.

AHS warranty referred me to this company. They had a technician come to my home and was only at my home for less than 10 minutes, I was already weary when he said you know how the warranty works? And I was like what? No. So I paid $85 and I have zero hot water. Now the call was December 10 and fast forward to January 10 no hot water. Their follow up were horrendous as I did not get a follow up until i complained to AHS. They are asking for $800 out of pocket. Super SCAM!!! Anyway I called another company mid January and they were able to install my new water heater all for less than $500 water heater included. I would rather pay another company then this company as they had no customer ""care"". FYI they set my status as SERVICED to AHS. Lucky I was out of the country and did not need hot water at my house for the holidays. phew.

Wanted to shout out To Corstan for going above and beyond. He installed the new water heater, and it had a faulty part. He started the project at 11am, and by 3 pm, the new water heater was working after a few trips to the parts store, and sitting through a bad accident on 215.Thank you for your time and concern for making sure we had hot water.

Please have your supervisor give me a call asap. The man was only in our garage for about 3 minutes and said the water heater needs to be replace and finally two days later, after waiting for the report. They want to charge over 1 thousand dollars for modifications !! The previous heater was only 5 years old. This is a joke

This is a completely unprofessional business. We were referred to them by our home insurance company. After calling them for emergency service on the weekend they said the soonest available for them to come would be that Tuesday. When Tuesday came they called to cancel the appointment and told us they would not be able to send someone out for another week. After asking for a sooner appointment they told us ""that's not the way it worked"" and summarily hung up on us. The value in decent customer service and professionalism cannot be undersold. They are not worth the aggravation. I would absolutely not do business with them.
