I don't know it I should report them to the consumers authority. They fixed my hot water tank under my American home shield insurance. Each and every pipe hot, cold gas pressure release valve vent had modification charge of $ 785. After all that charges they have cover my vent with 3"" to 4"" gap with alumnium tape without actual galvanized pipe under it. If I did not notice it and watch him work on it I would not have noticed it. I have pictures for proof too. There is night but fire passing through that pipe up to the chimney. How safe is that. I had no choice because they were contracted with my AHS insurance. I would never recomend them to anybody. Neither would I recomend anybody to American home shield.

Recently we had a leak from our upstairs bath tub. We have a home warranty that responded to the leak by sending out emergency plumbing 3 days after being notified of the leak. When the plumber arrived his first comment was this is going to fun to try and find. He was right two hours later his finding was that I needed caulking around my faucet and it wasn't covered by the warranty. He left problem unsolved. I purchased caulking put it on and let it set for two days. We used the bath tub after the two days and Once again water was pouring down in my garage. We called emergency plumbing and they refused to send a more experienced tech out and that they would send the same tech out in five days. This company is horrible. More damage to my house because of them. We had another plumber come out and in less than an hour he found a four inch crack in the drain pipe coming from the tub. NOT A CAULKiNG problem. Emergency plumbing made a quick fix even worse and I ended up having to remove my entire garage ceiling drywall do to the water damage they let continue to happen. If anyone uses this company for anything at all you are crazy. I hope someone reads this and saves themselves from a disaster. I am not capable of explains how awful this companies customer service is and how their people at their office talk to their customers.

This is been the worst experience with any contractor that I've ever dealt with. I had the same bad experience as all the other bad reviews but was forced to use them by my home warranty company. I've been without my hot water heater for over two weeks since April 22 and between them and my home warranty company First American home warranty they have found every way to deny what should be a simple claim for a broken water heater as well as scamming me for every dime they could for things that weren't even needed. Hiring a plumber myself with good reviews so my three small children can take warm baths Not going to let them get away with it calling the lawyer.

We just had a great experience with this company. Carson was the plumber. We had numerous issues including a leak somewhere in the house, valves that did not work, an a problem with a sink and two toilets. He was able to diagnose and fix everything in a few hours. He arrived on-time and ready to go. The reason I am giving 4 stars in when I called initially I was told that because the home warranty company didn't add everything we needed done, I had to call them back and have them correct the work order. That was initially frustrating but now makes sense. If you have had issues with the company it might be due to the fact that what you wanted done wasn't correctly notated on their work order. If its not, they aren't authorized to fix those items.

Well, I fall in the same category as most of the reviews. I was given a time between 9:00-11:00 for my service. The technician called at 11:05 to tell me he was running 40 minutes late. Shouldn't he have called at 10:30, maybe 10:15 if he knew he was that for behind? Anyway, he arrived at 12:15. If my addition is correct, that is 1 hour and 10 minutes after he called, not 40. After replacing my water heater and leaving a mess, he asked to leave it on the side of the house and pick it up after another job. No problem, right? Not so much, the water heater is still there on the side of my house 4 days later. This was not good professionalism or customer service. I asked A.H.S. if I could get a quote from another plumbing company. They told me ""Emergency Plumbing and Rooter"" was the only company they use. NOT GOOD!!!!

I'm yet another American Home Shield dummy. If my warranty company didn't contract with this company, I'd be a couple hundred dollars still in the bank. My issues with this company are as follows: First off, was given a time range to expect them, about 20 mins after that given time frame, they call to say they're on the way. Secondly, he spent about an hour snaking the bath tub with no luck. Thirdly, tells me not to pay because he didn't fix anything and he'll have to come back out to fix the issue, so pay then. Fourthly, says to the home warranty that from his expertise judgement, he could have visually determined that there was a 'foreign object' in my bath tub drain and problem was pre-existing. Therefore, I'm not covered. Fifth problem, they charged my payment to the warranty company making me look like a scum bag. Lastly, I hired my own choice of plumber because I'd be damned again if they got more of my money. My plumber replaced the drain and tray. They still needed to snake the drain sine it was still clogged. His young apprentice snaked it in about 5 mins, and now drains like it's suppose to. Turns out, there was no 'foreign object's in any of the pipe that was replaced and the snake didn't bring anything back. If Emergency Plumbing company was more experienced, they would of unclogged the drain by the snaking that was done. I would never choose to hire this company and I advise that anyone shouldn't as well.
