If I could give NO STARS REVIEW, I would. DO NOT USE THIS EMERGENCY PLUMBING AND ROOTER. They are crooked and do not know what they are doing! My home warranty (Old Republic Home Protection) sent them to my house to fix a water valve. This shady plumber took one look, didn't even touch the valve or inspect it. He said home warranty will deny it. Have to wait 24-48 hours for home warranty to reply back to me. However, if I am interested, Emergency Plumbing and rooter can do the job right now for $450. OMG...NO!!! Do not trust this company and be prepared for ridiculous pricing. I called another plumber and got the job done for $150. I repeat...do NOT use Emergency plumbing and Rooter.

Carsten came out today to unclog our sink. He was on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. He fixed the problem and left us with a clean area. Thanks Carsten!

Carsten was very kind and provided excellent service. I had issues with my garbage disposal. Carsten was able to quickly replace it with a new one. You are in great hands with him!

This company came to me Via AHWarranty (No Longer with them)
Do NOT Use this Sneaky Thieving Lying Advantage Taking company. They came out and told AHW that i needed New Fittings, Connectors, Etc. to switch out Water Heater. I told them i would go pick it up and switch out myself and they said NO. They do not work that way. They either do the whole job or nit giving me the water heater the AHW approved. They wanted $585. I called my AHW company and they said they did their part in finding me a Trusted company. What a Freaking JOKE these 2 Companies. NO LONGEr with AHW.
I ended up paying them for a 15min job.
But Never again will these 2 companies take a cent from me. I will BASH them every chance i get. If u dont believe me Ask yourself why they have a 2star rating

We were recommended a company through our home warranty who came to service a leak in our garage, after cutting multiple holes in the ceiling and being unable to find the leak, not responding to calls, giving us inconsistent information and never coming back to find the leak or clean up their mess it was so disappointing. Luckily we were redirected to emergency plumbing and rooter. Carsten came out and was so helpful. He was able find the leak quickly, and repair it! He was thorough and also made sure there were no other leaks and left everything clean and tidy. So grateful for Carsten after our previous nightmare experience. 10/10 would recommend. can't say thank you enough!!

I don't know who is worst, FAH Warranty or this company, on October 3, I made a claim with FAH warranty to fix my water heater, they assigned this plumbing company, since water heater is not an ""emergency"", based on the plumbing company, the next available appointment was 1 week later. They came to my home on October 10, (1 WEEK WITHOUT HOT WATER). The plumbing company ordered the part to fix the water heater on October 11th, and the part was supposed to arrive on October 17th ( 2 WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER) on the 17th I called the plumbing company and the part was on delay, now the part was supposed to arrive on the 24th. On October 24th I called again and they didn't have the part (3 WEEKS WITHOU HOT WATER) I called the water heater manufacturer and they said there were NEVER an order in place under my water heater serial#(The plumbing company forgot to order the part). ""I""ordered the part with the manufacturer, it arrived to the plumbing company 's address on the 26th. ""I had the UPS tracking number showing delivered status"" Finally on the 28th I had the appointment for the plumbing company to fix my water heater... but the plumbing company misplaced the part to fix the water heater and they couldn't fix it.... (GOING TO COMPLETE 1 MONTH ANNIVERSARY WITHOUT HOT WATER ). I don't know how there are in business. Avoid frustration, stay away from this company.

This crooked company contracted by another crooked insurance company American Home Shield (AHS), I paid $100 for service call for fixing my faucet and the plumber tech. Christopher came and didn't do anything, all he said that ""your faucet has life time warranty from the manufacture company, so I'll contact them and they'll ship to you another one and we'll come and install, and pls wait for my call, that's all"". He never called me back. I called AHS (explained everything), but they can't help me bc their insurance do not cover that kind of faucet etc. etc., so basically every time I called for anything to AHS - they say we do not cover that after paying service call fee $100...(then what the hell you cover! Can't believe this company). I cancelled the account with AHS forever. Please DO NOT get an account with this crooked company (AHS). If you don't believe me then try them and then get back to me what they do to you! Unbelievable.

Now I know why this company has poor Yelp rating.
This is the kind of company contracted by OLD REPUBLIC HOME PROTECTION. I don't even know how they passed the criterias to be a contractor.

The technician didn't seem happy with his job. He had no identification. I had to ask for his name. He was dressed very untidy. He tried once, YES, once, to clear my clogged toilet and that was it.

He did not try harder to resolve the problem and just said I don't have the equipment to clear the toilet because I drove a different vehicle. The heck!

On top of that, I still have to pay for the trade call fee of $75. The technician is useless & unqualified. Don't know how he became a plumber or how he even passed the licensure to do plumbing.

I ended-up hiring another plumber and pay out of pocket. This company costs me more money.

I told ORHP to not ever send this company to any home.
