Daz, Brian, Randy, Mike, Ryan and Blain (that's not a name. its a major appliance!) Re-piped our house yesterday. They were fantastic. After 9 days with no running water we were thrilled when they finished. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!

On Sunday our main line from the house to the sewer was clogged. it has happened one other time in the past which allowed me to easily troubleshoot and provide multiple plumbers with what I was in need of which was nothing more than for it to be snaked. They provided me not only fair but affordable straightforward pricing over the phone since I knew what the problem was. This was much different than the multiple plumbers who seemed to be very irritated by the fact that I was even calling on a Sunday. I also got lucky and they were there within the hour.

Outstanding service! I was very pleased with the service received from the the entire team. From the office staff to the technicians - everything was top notch. They installed two new faucets in my master bathroom and completed checks on the 3 toilets in the house. The pricing was very affordable and competitive.

Paid 8000 for re-pipe of my house and the shower faucet was dripping. I called 3 times and asked for someone to come back and fix it. I was told the project manager would handle it. 8 days later no one called or cares. Their customer service stinks. I guess I need to call a plumber to get it fixed!

Awful. Had them do a really-plumb and they never came got the final inspection done. I had to do it in my own. Called again for a problem they found with the clean out. No show and no call for the appointment, even though they said they did. Office staff were no help and not engaging at all. Asked for my invoice to be emailed to me and they said it would take 24 hrs. Why? So disappointing. Always looking for help with my rental properties and they definitely weren't help Go to close on the sale of my rental house they did the work on and they never closed the permit from 2 years ago and it delayed my closing. Also just checked my credit card charges and they charged me $500 more than my paid invoice shows. This has been a nightmare to deal with them and I'm shocked they are still in business

Frank was amazing! These guys came out to my house due to a drainage problem, came out within 30 minutes, figured out it wasn't a real problem and waived the fee. These guys are trustworthy and honest and awesome. I would trust them entirely to do a good job with any of my plumbing needs.

We had our townhouse repiped by Emerald Plumbing so we referred them to our neighbor. Our neighbor had her townhouse repiped january 23, 2020. The repipers left and my husband went out to look due to the flowerbed was messed up. They stepped on our downspout and crushed it. I reached out to Emerald Plumbing to let them know. Emerald Plumbing you are at fault and need to take ownership and fix the downspout instead of putting blame on the HOA landscapers as they do not landscape my flowerbed with mulch and rocks in it. Never again will I refer you to any neighbors, family or friends.

We had Emerald come out to our house after our sink immediately stopped working one night. They came out promptly and fixed the issue and educated us on several things. A few hours later, we realized that the dishwasher wasn't working anymore. They came back out the next day (Austin was his name) and fixed that issue as well without charging us again. When there's so many options when it comes to plumbers in the Orlando area, it;s nice to find a company that does their job efficiently, cost effectively and friendly!

This is something that other companies just cannot offer. Emerald Plumbing specializes in re-piping houses, and is one of the only companies that we have found that can do a truly seamless re-pipe from start to finish. Well, I was hoping I wouldn't be writing another review quite this soon, but alas, my 1950s home had another plumbing problem, this time a blocked line into my home. Ian and Joel came to the rescue, and once again, I experienced nothing but professionalism and great service. Ian did a great job explaining the issue to me, and did his best to make it as cost efficient as possible. This company deserves every star there is; they set a great example.
