We had a problem with a Moen single handle faucet and after some tries to fix it myself...of course...we called Emerald...they had the best prices and the plummer did a great job! We called one company and they showed us ridiculous prices and told us that they had to cut through the tile...which is what I was expecting but the prices were crazy...I knew there had to be a way to do it without cutting the tile...Emerald came out and fixed the problem WITHOUT cutting the tile! The faucet works like a charm. Extremely impressed.

We hired Emerald to do a total re-pipe of our home. They were very professional, from the initial explanation of the project to the efficient and respectful technicians to the immaculate clean up afterwards. And their price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely tremendous and rapid life savers. Bath handle stopped working in house leaving water running constantly. as we couldnt find the master controller, it was important to get a fix right away. Dave Kelly of Emerald immediately came to my house and 10 minutes later it was all fixed. excellent work and great customer service

These guys advertise with a local podcast. Since I am a fan, I gave them a call when I had a kitchen sink clog that I was not able to clear myself. I called at about 7:30pm and was greeted by their operator, who was very professional and courteous. She paged the after hours plumber and had him call. After 30 mins, I haven't heard from anyone and called back to make sure my info made its way to their plumber on call. She paged him again and after a few mins I received a call. Well, it must have been a long day for this guy because our conversation was very short. He asked if wanted to have him come out and be charged for overtime, which I didn't think was necessary. Anyway, I decided to have someone come out in the morning. He said he would have the office call me in the morning to get on the schedule. I have yet to hear from them. I'm going to assume this was just someone's bad day, since my brother said they did a great job on re-piping his home. Unfortunately, I don't think there will be a next time for me here.

I'm floored with how honest and efficient these guys are. I moved into a new house recently and the former owner had tons of plumbing hack-jobs done, including a second story shower leaking to the room below it and the water heater piped with no shutoff valves. I thought the problem was going to take at least a full day to fix but Brian """"Chief"""" Bailey and his crew member fixed it in less than two hours. They piped the water heater in 30 minutes and even spent some time educating me on my septic tank. They were both super friendly too. I hope I can get either one when I call back for future help.

When a company doesn't do a job right, one would expect them to return and fix their mistake. I had Emerald Plumbing track down a leak and replace a cartridge in my shower. In tracking down the leak, they disassembled the handle on my tub and put it back on upside down. In the shower, where they replaced the cartridge, they replaced the handle with a new one. It just spins, never bringing a temperature change. After taking many cold showers, I asked them to come fix and made an appointment. I had to stay home from work to get it done. Three hours after they were scheduled to arrive, I got the message that they couldn't come out. And, although open, won't send anyone on the weekend either. Now I have to take another day off of work. This isn't a good way to do business.

amazing, professional techs. I've used other plumbing companies...then hired Emerald to fix the problems. They repiped my house a few months ago and I will use them for all plumbing repairs going forward.

What was a sewer backup nightmare turned out to have a good ending, thanks to Emerald Plumbing. Due to repeated sewage backup, we called Emerald to get a second opinion on the problem. Erick and Dave snaked and clean out the line, scope with a camera, then took it another step further by digging into the ground and visually check to see what was causing the obstruction underneath the ground. They found debris and roots growing into the county clean out tap due to a missing cap. Dug out, cleaned, and removed debris. Replaced cap and female adaptor. Saved us thousands of dollars as the first plumber recommended replacing our """"cracked"""" pipeline. We highly recommend their service.

I am a Hispanic female and I live with my husband; an older white male and our dog in the kirkman and conroy area and late last year our landlord called this company to come and replace copper pipes that were leaking in our home. Three young white males and one older white male with Irish accents showed up to do the work. My husband let them in and after speaking with them, he went in his office to work and I went in our bedroom to take a nap. Within mins of these guys being in our home they were so triggered by my presence and must've thought I was sleeping because every couple of mins they would walk past the bedroom door which was close to their work site and would make racial slurs/racial comments. A cpl of singles on our coffee table went missing as well. Not only are they bigots, they are thieves as well. Do not let these thugs into your homes.

I have a clogged sewage situation. Called Emerald Plumbing at 7:30am. Joel Shows, one of the plumbers show up at 9:30am. Joel was very responsible and capable to perform the job. He put the snake machine at work, and finished the job in 1 1/2 hour. Total charge is $140. Highly recommended.
