i had to have house repiped before thanksgiving and didnt think anyone would do it. to my surprise matt(on his bday), martin, and casey(i think) showed up at 830 and did not leave until 7pm until everything was done. i must say this was the best service i had bc the guys knew what they were doing and gave me the timeframe which they could do it in and met the time frame. this is the night before thanks giving and they gave all they had to allow me and family to have a great holiday. i would have given them celebration shoots but they were on the clock, all i could do was give them a hand shake and wish them a safe thanksgiving. beyond professional bc they worked to allow me to celebrate turkey day at my house and informed me of everything and had me check everything before they left. kudos to this company for hiring such awesome people.

We had a main sewer blocked and Ed (technician) came out and unblocked it. Ed was very polite and service was completed within three hours of contacting Emerald Plumbing. It is always a pleasure when a company shows up on time.

We live in the Oviedo, Fl area and have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home and two toilets were leaking. My husband tried to fix them but it didnt help. We looked online and saw Angies list recommend Emerald plumbing so we called them and they were on time, professional and courteous. CJ was our plumber and he did a good job. The price was good especially since we recently had A/C work done and are low on funds. We will be needing a re-pipe/re-plumb next year 2015 and will call Emerald. Thank you.

I have a clogged sewage situation. Called Emerald Plumbing at 7:30am. Joel Shows, one of the plumbers show up at 9:30am. Joel was very responsible and capable to perform the job. He put the snake machine at work, and finished the job in 1 1/2 hour. Total charge is $140. Highly recommended.

We had Emerald come out to our house after our sink immediately stopped working one night. They came out promptly and fixed the issue and educated us on several things. A few hours later, we realized that the dishwasher wasn't working anymore. They came back out the next day (Austin was his name) and fixed that issue as well without charging us again. When there's so many options when it comes to plumbers in the Orlando area, it;s nice to find a company that does their job efficiently, cost effectively and friendly!

Exceptional service from dispatch to problem resolution! Over the years, I've used several well-known plumbing companies in the Central Florida area for everything from a small leak to full re-pipe of the house. Hands down, Emerald provides the best service at a very reasonable price. Today, Joel came out to clear my home's main drain pipe. He was friendly, professional, and wasted no time getting the issue resolved. I would call them again, without hesitation!

I was cleaning some dishes when I heard water running somewhere else. Imagine my surprise when I looked down to see it flowing out of the cabinet doors under my sink!! We soaked up the water & my partner figured out it was something we would not be able to fix on our own. We called Emerald Plumbing the next morning around 8:30am & they were able to THANKFULLY send someone out around 1:15pm. Austin & Matty came out and they were just great! They figured out we were gonna need a new garbage disposal & even found a potential leak & fixed it too!! They worked so efficiently & quickly, & were done before we knew it!! We were super happy with service & consider the pricing quite fair. We will certainly call them if our old 1960's house needs work again. THANKS AGAIN!!

Well, I was hoping I wouldn't be writing another review quite this soon, but alas, my 1950s home had another plumbing problem, this time a blocked line into my home. Ian and Joel came to the rescue, and once again, I experienced nothing but professionalism and great service. Ian did a great job explaining the issue to me, and did his best to make it as cost efficient as possible. This company deserves every star there is; they set a great example.

This was my first plumber experience, so I have nothing to compare it to. I'll add another good review to the Brian's pile. I called Thursday afternoon due to some problems with a very slow kitchen drain, they told me between 2-6pm. He arrived at 5:30 which was somewhat disappointing that it was the end of the range, but not something to complain about - they give a range for a reason. Anyhow, he was friendly and listened to my very amateur rundown of what was going wrong and what we'd already done. He was perplexed for a second but then got right on ideas. After searching for vents and getting into the ones that my house's previous owner had sealed up he figured out that wasn't the problem or the solution. He finally decided that he'd just have to snake it out and got on it. It worked perfectly and my drain is flowing fine now. He was friendly and professional. He knew what to look for and figured things out. My only critique is that he didn't have the camera snake thing to investigate which would have made things quicker. Price was fair: $30 trip fee. $85/hour. Not too, too bad.

I had a water leak in my crawlspace that need urgent attention. I called Emerald Plumbing and they were able to send someone out on the same day. Kenny and Austin came out and had the leak fixed within a hour of arrival. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. I'll be using Emerald in the future.
