I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the fixtures that the company choose for replacement. I recently had my entire shower valve replaced for 2 grand. I used to be able to control the flow of water. This particular shower valve does not allow to control the flow. The handle is made of light chrome metal and does not appear strong enough that would last over a year before I start having problems again. I have no gripes about the work performance nor I do not need a replacement.

Technician j. Caldwell was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to inform me about not only about my system and what he's was supposed to get done but also things to help me and help get the most out of my AC/Heating system! No call no show for our appointment. We even called to confirm the a few days before and the same day. We took off of work for this and nobody ever showed up.

Had an appointment for a water heater replacement. They told me the technician would show up at 5. I called them and the dispatcher stated a job got long and the tech would still be showing up late. 2 hours went by and I called back. At that point the dispatcher told me that they were still coming. Once 9pm hit I called to cancel. Poor communication.

We made an am appointment for 3 hr window on 1 1 1 star only because you have no choice. first day then no show received a call they would come around 2 pm which didn't work for me so rescheduled for 9 am the next day. Next day heard nothing until 12:30 and showed up at one. I don't think the guy wanted the job this late on a Friday, I heard him say something about 3 feet in the slab when it is actually about 1 1/2 deep about 16inches long. The price they quoted was nothing but insulting. I will never call them and will stop anyone I know from calling them

I would NOT recommend this company. I had them come out, and give me a quote to replace both of my ac units. They lied on what was in that quote as I specifically asked for a heat pump instead of electric heat. It would save me money. They promised they would, however never did. Then they wanted an extra $6,000 each to install the heat pump. Don't do it.... Find someone else.

We called Elmer's for heater repair in January, it was cold! We had to wait 3 days for someone to come out. This technician worked under an hour, installed one part in the heater, charged $750 and left with the heater still not working! He did not have enough knowledge to diagnose the problem correctly. When we called to speak to a manager and get the job finished, we were promised calls back that never happened, and again we were expected to wait for 2 days, so we hired another company. They finished the job right away before Elmer's even called us back! The problem was a short in wiring, the heater did not even need a new part. Elmer's stole from us with their rates and refused to reduce any of the bill even though they left us still without heat. NEVER TRUST Elmer's. They are just another greedy company looking for vulnerable people to overcharge.

Do not use these guys! I had them come out and inspect and repair my HVAC. They went on to give me a verbal replacement quote for $20,000 to $30,000! I called another company who did it for about half the price.

DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE!!! Charged $4000 for a blower to be installed and told me I was getting an American Standard (the same piece of equipment I had previously). THEY LIED - DO NOT USE and please pray for their souls!
