Response was awesome. The tech was here in less than an hour and he finished the drain cleaning in about an hour. So, in two hours our problem was resolved. He said I was lucky to catch him when he had just finished another job and was headed for home base. Tech was very nice, answered our questions and left our home spotless. We have had this company before and we're very pleased. Two days ago we had another problem and they sent out Malese! This guy was awesome! He was seasoned, smart, efficient and competent. He knew what he was doing and was also very personable. Their prices are very fair and they may well be with todays idiots out there: ""A diamond in the rough"". Great service! Luke came out and fixed our washing machine drainage issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of our problem. The price was great compared to other companies. (And it came with a 30 day guarantee!)

Plumber was over an hour late. He gave up on job and I asked for a final try. Had clog in shower drain. After along battle, he was able to unclog and make it functional. Cheapest price in town. Great price. A bit sloppy, late, but hard working.

We were referred to Elliott's by another company (Oasis Plumbing) when we suddenly had a drain back up in our house. Will from Elliott's was out to our home within a few hours of the call, and knew exactly what to look for and was able to fix the clog, and explain to us the cause, all within about an hour's work.

Will was knowledgeable, professional, and quick in his work. And the price was FAR below what I was expecting to pay.

Look no more when you need a reliable plumber. Read my whole review if you're experiencing issues at home.
Some months after we purchased our house we started having backup problems with only one side of the house. FOUR a plumbers later and a lot of money someone at work recommended Elliotts. They agreed with the previous plumbers assessments, the problem was in the front of the house, and they were not sure they could fix it without breaking the ground (the moment you want to start crying)
Since they're super experienced they tried different ways to get to the issue until they unblock the pipes. We were so relieved.
They also recommended adding another pipe to alíviate the problem.
Fast forward six months the damn pipe blocked again. Tomato soup coming through the showers, and poop backing up all bathrooms. Sunday family dinner and a house full of people. Elliotts sent Luke in less than two hours (Sunday) and fixed it in 5 minutes. Luke, Chase and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Bookmark these guys, they are the real deal.

This is a great company! I've used them a couple times and never a complaint. They are professional, affordable, and honest. I worked with another company prior to calling them, and I was not happy. Stephen was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He came in, tried one method. That didn't work. Tried a second method, and it worked perfectly. You can't go wrong with this group of professionals!

If you have a problem with your drains in Las Vegas, you HAVE TO call Elliott's. It's as simple as that. I've dealt with so many plumbers because I have an old house with a lot of imperfections in the plumbing. I also made the mistake of going through my home warranty company for blocked drains (NEVER do that, just call Elliott's!) The difference with some of these other plumbers is night and day. A lot of times the message I got from the others was along the lines of ""We don't really know what the problem is, and it's gonna be very expensive even try to find out."" But every time I called Elliot's they immediately sent a John Wayne type guy over to my house who knew exactly what he was doing. Elliott's seems to have the aim of charging the customer the minimum possible (the complete opposite of some of these other guys!)
The last visit I had from Elliott's was a plumber called Robert, which prompted me to write this review. He was very kind and considerate and his level of expertise and attention to detail was amazing. When I saw the bill at the end I was shocked because he easily could have charged me substantially more, even within the quoted price structure, and the level of service was so above and beyond. Wish I could give 6 stars. Thanks!
