I called to request service for a blocked sewer main at 8am and a technician arrived to my home around noon. Fantastic! Shawn made quick work of the blockage and went the extra mile to be certain all was well before packing up. Shawn also walked me through the steps he was taking. He educated me on the layout and do's and don'ts of sewer line care. He was very quick, very professional and friendly. The price was extremely fair as well. This is the only contractor that you need to call for your sewer and drain needs.

I had a tub backing up that needed to be snaked and cleared. I called Elliott's and they said they could go out that day. I didn't hear from anyone and checked with my tenant. She said no one came out so I called back and scheduled for them to go out. They sent out a technician and the tub was cleared. Problem is... I received an invoice for 2 visits. According to Elliott's, a technician went out the 1st time and cleared the drain. I received no call and no invoice. When I called back the next week to ask for someone to go, I explained someone was to go out the week before but they never went. They never told me someone had already been out and cleared the drain. They just sent a second person and billed me twice. Did the tub get cleared? Yes. Was the communication good? No. I would probably not use Elliott's again.

I have never in my LIFE received such great customer service for any kind of home repair (AC, plumbing, lighting, etc). We were not charged for a slow drainage on our toilet (he advised us to get a new toilet).
Even the price quote was really cheap in case service was needed.
We will work with him for any future plumbing issues.

Wow. It's rare to have positive experience with plumbing companies, but these guys showed up quick, did great job, and charged a little for fairly major sewage clog and spillage. Similar jobs took 2-3 more time for previous plumbers I've worked with, and likewise they charged literaly 2-3 times more.

Kevion came out within 3 hours same day and was able to assist with our major line plumbing issue and was honest and effective. AWFUL!!!!!! They charged me $103.00, and did NOT fix the clog! I ended up calling another company, and they fixed the clog and charged me 50% LESS than Elliot's!
