We had a pipe burst in our home, and this company did everything possible to get a plumber out the same day. Paul came out and was able to cap the leak, and will come back to fix the leak. He really made us feel at ease. I would highly recomend using them.

Good company, great scheduling and phone contact. But they sent me a talented, angry plumber that installed things I didn't want or need. The job was for replacing shut off valves, but he insisted on selling me supply lines I explained I didn't need or want, as I was getting new countertops and they needed to install a new faucet in that process anyway. He did it anyway, but didn't charge me for all of them. He also started inspecting my shower, which has nothing to do with replacing shut off valves, I told him it was fine and he got angry and wouldn't drop it until I told him I'd have him back to fix it (no I won't). At one point I asked him how things were going and he yelled at me ""I am working !!"". I thanked him profusely and gave him ten bucks just to get him out of my home. Might use them again if they promise to send a different plumber.

I didn't get a chance to email you yesterday but I wanted to let you know how great your crew was! Such nice guys - trying to make sure our issue was resolved in the best possible way. They worked so hard all day long but always had a smile despite the craziness and unforeseen issues.

In the middle of all the chaos here, I was having a family party too. Yikes. We had about 30 people from our family here for dinner. It was quite a day. So it made my life just a little easier to know your crew was taking care of everything!

I also have to tell you that the guy from the city - who came to look at the main sewer pipe repair yesterday - pulled me aside to tell me to recommend your company to all our neighbors and friends. He said they were fixing things exactly the way it should be done - no cutting corners. He also said your quote for the work was a great price. The city said they knew the company we hired was top notch when they saw that there was a plate over the hole - while we waited for the plumbing inspection - when they finished yesterday and not just some plywood and barricades.

Elk Grove Village Sewer & Plumbing provided a quick and efficient diagnosis to a sewer backup. Armando arrived quickly to rod out the sewer line and completely cleared up the clogged pipes using a camera device and rodding. He explained everything every step of the way and wanted to make sure that it did not happen again. He was friendly, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. I have an appointment with them on June 15, 2018 to come and look at 2 toilets that drain water on there own when no one is in the bathrooms and also need 2 bathtubs looked at draining trouble. I got there number from Elk Grove Village department so I am counting on a fair price and good reliable work since there are licensed with them.

Awesome, friendly, and quick service. I contacted them, and about 5-6 other places about our bathtub not draining. They got back to me quickly, were able to send someone the next day, and not only did they fix one bathtub, the issue was with both bathtubs and both were fixed. I'm glad I was able to get it fixed quickly with a reasonable price and friendly service.

Utterly disappointed with their service and treatment of customers. I had a clogged toilet. First visit - tried to sell me a new toilet for $700 (which they eventually discounted to $550) but I declined. Said I had a cracked flange but wasn't a big deal. They removed the toilet from the base, fixed the clog, and put the toilet back on the base. Used two wax rings and told me the toilet would ""settle"" and to sltighten base bolts and clean up wax that oozes out. Cost me $150. Toilet was extremely wobbly and unsafe to sit on. Called them back for round two the following week. The same plumber came back, claiming it was because of the cracked flange - I pointed out that my toilet was rock solid on the base before he ever showed up. He got angry, called me a liar, and blamed me for the problem. He wanted another $200 to fix it. I ended up asking him to leave. Lesson learned? Round three will be me watching a DIY YouTube video...

***UPDATE***
2/5/18 - Got a call back from Elk Grove Plumbing, very apologetic and accommodating. They sent Paul to correct the problem - he was in & out in less than 30 minutes. Paul was a master of his craft. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I was very satisfied with his service. If there's ever a future need for plumbing service, Paul will be my go-to guy. Thanks for making it right Elk Grove Plumbing!
