I received a text stating the technician was on the way, a few minutes later he showed up ready to replace my kitchen faucet. He ended up replacing the control valves as well. The instruction manual for the new Delta faucet was for a different model but Zach had no problem figuring it out and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. I call at 1:15 on New Years Eve, and big Laird was at my door just after 3 :00.
Laird is the consummate professional, he's got the boot covers and ask me what's going on.
I bring him into the kitchen and explain what I've done so far, and that my power snake can't reach out to the back up. He goes out to his van and grabs his 75' snake, powers it up, runs it out and bam. No more problem!
He was in & out in less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and agreed to before the work began. Couldn't have went smoother.

Water heater was leaking and it was time for a new one. We contacted EGPD to have them come out and assess the current state of our water heater. Being that it was 20 years old, we were definitely due for an upgrade. We agreed to purchase and have a new tank installed. EGPD was very quick, professional, and informative. From start to finish, everything was installed and functioning within a day!

They took all of the proper precautions with COVID; wore mask's and throughly cleaned everything when finished.

I highly recommend using EGPD for any plumbing/water fixture needs in your house.

Great experience all around. I needed to replace a kitchen faucet, couldn't get the old one out myself. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist, who was courteous and helpful, and she had Alex come out the next morning. He was professional and polite and wearing a mask. He saw what the problem was, went to his vehicle to get a special tool and with that he was able to get the faucet out. Then, he installed the new one that I had already purchased and he took out the old hardware and empty boxes for me. All in about 20 minutes or so. Great experience, I will definitely call them when I need their services again!

Called EG Plumbing and Drain for our water heater that went out. They were able to squeeze us in same day to diagnose our issue. They got the part in the next morning and we had hot water later that afternoon. Our technician John came out wore a mask and practiced all safety measures during these times.

I have called this small local company twice for service. The last call we had a failing water heater the day before Thanksgiving. Alex was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got us a water heater and replaced it in a timely fashion. We are very happy with this company and it's service. Both times the workers were courteous, friendly, clean and they wore masks while they were in our home.
