Toilets are no fun. I don't have the skill or the knowledge when it comes to plumbing, so I am not going to try and be a ""DIY Warrior."" No, I just want to be continue to be lazy and have a professional do it, without being overcharged.
That's where these guys came in. They were affordable, professional and I was able to get my new toilets installed very quickly. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our toilet wasn't filling the tank or the bowl. We used Elk Grove Plumbing once before and were totally satisfied. We called on Monday and were able to set up an appointment for the next day. John came and did an excellent job. It was worth every penny we paid for it. He was on time and highly professional. Our AC went out in the middle of a 100 + heat wave. We had a maintenance appt scheduled with one of the big companies but they called the morning of to reschedule. Couldn't come to repair for 4 days.
Started calling more local companies and EG Plumbing & Drain came the next day in the 8-10 time slot. Fixed the AC and was on his way in 30 minutes! Very pleasant and knowledgeable technician and the receptionist was also pleasant and professional. Will definitely use them again.

our A/C system was down and they were able to schedule us in for an appointment. We were very pleased with the service from Trey. He arrived in the time window. He was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Another plus was that he had his own shoe covers! (we have a no shoes in the house rule) we didn't ask for him to use it but he put them on without our suggestion. Thank you Sir!! He took a look at the system, told us what might be the issue, and explained the process throughly. He took pictures from our attic so he could show us what he had to do. He also informed us that the previous company we used for a repair did some funky stuff, which is why it did not work properly. My boyfriend asked him questions about future repairs or a new system and he was able to provide answers and possible quotes. We will definitely be going to this company moving forward. Excellent service!
