The three men Elite sent out over on a Saturday were all friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. Francisco, Rafa, and Jeffrey. The pricing is the problem. They charged $1000 to hydro-jet (a really powerful pressure washer-type hose device) the line after getting my attention online with a $79 snake special"" that didn't resolve a pipe blockage (I was in a bind, so my options were limited). The hydro-jetting done by Francisco took less than an hour with a special truck later in the day. Upon their return a couple days later to look through the pipe with their camera, Rafa quoted me $3200 to repair an underground section of compromised pipe that he said was accessible by digging (meaning they didn't have to go through concrete to get at it). I declined any further work by them and then asked my neighbors for their plumber recommendations (should have done this in the first place). I'll say it again, they were friendly, professional, and courteous, but I don't feel the pricing was reasonable at all, even after Rafa offered to take $200 off the repair estimate. And their assurance of a one-year guarantee on their work disappeared too, because there were roots that were creeping into the drainpipe. Do your checking and comparing beforehand, like I didn't. That was just the situation we were in. Beware of the companies that lure you in with a very cheap ""special"" and may continue to find more and more things wrong the more you say yes.

UNDERHANDED, DO NOT TRUST THEM I made an appointment with them to give me an estimate of why my garbage disposal wasn't working. I let them know on yelp that I needed to cancel this appointment. this morning he showed up & I told him I had canceled it & then I told him since he was already here to give me an estimate (fix it or replace). In less than 3 minutes he fixed it & said to me that will be $79. I said this is suppose to be an estimate so he called what I assume is his boss & he said you fixed it she needs to pay.

They suck! Came in looked around quoted an extremely high price said he'd be back tomorrow. Never showed. So I called Pro soulitions & they came out quick and for the third of the cost Elite quoted me. Fast and efficient.

I had such a pleasant experience with this company that I felt compelled to write a positive review. We had a toilet malfunction last night and I called a couple of plumbing companies very early this morning and they promised me same day service, only to call back and say that they are very busy and that I had to wait 2 days to get service. So I stumbled across Elite Rooter on the internet and I called them. They said they had a technician in the area and they could come in a couple of hours. Sure enough, Andy Pineda shows up at our door, fixes the problem in no time, such professional manner, I was really impressed !!! I highly recommend this company. They honored their promise and that speaks high volumes to me !!!

Beware Beware Beware Called for a simple drain out service, tried for a weekend service said would come out during the week. Sent service techs to do job. Told my wife they don't normally come out for this type of service. Upon inspection, was told needed bigger snake, $600.00 job. Wife informed them not to do it, not her house, (renting). Told her to get person in charge on phone, I was called told service was needed today, pay for it. I told them just snake the line as instructed , nothing else. She told me they opened the trap and let gunk spew onto my kitchen floor, grabbed my kitchen drying towels and used them to wipe up mess. Then opened a drawer pulled out tupperware to use to catch remaining sludge flowing out. 5 minutes later pulled out snake used another towel to wipe off their snake, said they were done for the coupon price. Left both towels on floor & container with sludge, told her to get some towels to soak up remaining water under cabinets. Did not use a shop vac to suck up water, just left it . Wanted extra money paid in cash , no receipt. Wife gave them number to call to collect payment. Landlord came to help clean up mess, shop vac all sludge and water in cabinets. Wished She would have video taped this disaster . Would have been great footage against this group of pirates. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Hear me out.. went to this company to install a kitchen faucet . Two months later the faucet needed to be retightened / fixed . Service comes with warranty so I wasn't charged for it to be fixed . Martin Hernandez came out and fixed IT . He was polite and quick . I would give 5 stars if the initial work didn't need to get fixed so quickly ( it was not originally installed by Martin) . I will for sure call them for a new job . The warranty and nice staff does it for me .
