I called because my shower drain and washing machine drain were backed up. They set me up with an appointment and Christian was early. He was wearing a mask and boots and a very friendly nice man. He explained to me what he was going to do and did a great job! There should more techs like him. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing company.

Professional, polite and capable, but, they use an answering center that says someone will call or show up ... and they do not! You must chase them! And they repeatedly did not show up as scheduled; especially Rich Latham, a lead tech. Would not answer his phone, had a full mailbox, did not respond to text or email for a full day or more. He was obviously overwhelmed! A 2-day job took 9 days! Props to technicians Christian, Martin, Michael and Luis. They were great to work with!

I had a clogged bathtub drain cleared by Luis. I am very happy with the service, all the way from my first phone call to the actual service the next day. Luis was courteous and efficient, called me before he arrived and was all prepared. He solved the problem in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable.

I had a clog in my main line and they came right out and scoped the inside, examined what was seen on camera, and took the time to explain what I was seeing. They even sent me the video file with the audio explanation! Needless to say, they offered a solution and I agreed. They dug out the collapsed pipe, installed a new section including a 4"" clean out, hydro jetted all my plumbing and it only took one day. They include a 1 year warranty which was needed for a call back about 10 days later as I had a new obstruction. The blamed it on backup from the hydro jetting and cleared it right away. Good show!

My toilet was backed up. Young man came to fix suggested I clean all the drains in the house. Unfortunately I agreed and here's we're the trouble began. First they were not able to come out the next day because someone else took the jetter. And
the toilet was still not flushing. They decided the clog was outside the house by the sidewalk? Made so sense but I hoped they knew what they were talking about. They did not. They ripped up the lawn and my tree then decided this was not where the issue was. Let a hole 5ft outside our house. ( dangerous) for days.
And called to say they couldn't come back out cause the guy Chris called in sick. Well, he was at my house. So this was a lie.
To make a very long story short they took 3 weeks to fix a toilet and every time they came, they kept asking for more money.
They are probably nice guys just not good plumbers. Look elsewhere...

Martin at Elite Rooter has come out to my house twice and he is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I recommend Elite Rooter. They also has better pricing than a couple competitor quotes that I received.
