This is a 5-star for everything but the price - The Plumber who was dispatched was excellent- he was neat, clean, professional, personable, knowledgeable and ON TIME!

The answering svc./ other staff were also excellent- super quick response time & availability

the prices however are at least 30% above average bay area cost and high even for peninsula avg.

i would recommend if you're looking for dependable service

I was very pleased with the results of a new water heater today for a great friend. The job was completed and everything worked great. This is the first time they have had hot water for a long time. Brian did the company proud.

Great Staff and reasonable prices. Luis was excellent. They put on booties when entering my home and called ahead to let me know when they were on there way. Luis even had to go back and fourth to home Depot because the new fixtures I bought we're not compatible with the current pipping. He did it with a smile and I appreciate all the extra work he did for me. Alex came by after to check on the work done and confirm I was satisfied with the job. Done. While Elite Rooter came out over a holiday weekend and fixed the problem, my subsequent investigations suggest they charged substantially more than they should have. My lack of faith in their company was compounded by their offering a 10-year warranty but failing to provide it in writing. Though I've asked multiple times, they have never even sent me a written receipt for the work they did.

They will not deliver per their commitment to show up on time. Then, when they ask that you wait longer, and you make the slightest complaint, they will refuse to come at all.... thus one is stuck waiting / wasting another day with these clowns.

Our main sewer line backed up and I called Elite rooter. They quoted me $69 for the drain clean out. Albert called and ended up coming out about more than 1 hour earlier than estimated and performed the drain clean out and got the water flowing. Great customer service. The amount charged was $69. No bait and switch, trying to up sell us. Great work. I am very happy with Elite Rooter and Albert. Highly Recommended!
