I had an emrgency - a flooded bathroom. Elite rooter responded to my request within 10min and gave me a decent estimate. 5 other companies took much longer to responded and they obviously did not read my message. Most of them proposed to send somebody to give an estimate. What kind of stimate you need for snaking a clog in the drain ??!
Elite rooter technician called next morning, gave me his ETA, came right on time and cleaned the clog.

Really unreliable. The company doesn't seem to provide safety equipment. The sellers leave laborers without proper tools and no material to finish the job. Needs better coordination as a company

The employee came by because I was worried about a leak. They Inspected it free of charge and it ended up being just pressure release valve thing. They didn't try to upswell or give any miscellaneous charges. Cant say the same for other repairmen. Elite rooter is on my trusted list now.

I can't recommend Elite Rooter. I agree with the other reviewers that the $69 drain special is a bait and switch trick to get customers and they will try to upsell them after going into their homes. I called to get my sink unclogged and was provided with the $69 price. When the plumber showed up he said that he'll need to snake through the pipe under the sink and it's not considered to be standard scope so he'll need to charge $189. I called another plumber and they quoted me $100 to completely unclog any drain. The other plumber showed up and snaked through the pipe for $100 as quoted....none of the standard scope stuff.

I called Elite Rooter in the morning for a kitchen sink drain clog in an apartment building. I told them that snaking from the kitchen may not be enough, and that they may have to go on the roof for snaking.
They quoted $79.00 for coming to unclog from the apartment, saying that it may be more if they had to go on the roof. We arrange that they would come today between 2:00 and 4pm.
At 3:00pm I get a call saying that they were very busy today, that their price for coming was not $380.00, and they would not go on the roof under any circumstances.
These people are not serious, and I hope that these bad practices will make them go out of business.

What it started to be, we thought, was a simple toilet drain cleaning. After my husband's efforts of using the equipment he has didn't work, we knew it was time to call a plumber. We called Elite Rooter not knowing them but reading some of the previous reviews. They were here in a few hours and walked us through the entire process using their video camera and then, as the job progressed, showing us the pipes and the many roots that were clogging the entire line. After assuring us that all the other lines in the house were clean, Steven Johnson went through the process of taking the toilet, pipes and part of the floor apart to get down to the ""root"" of the problem...he installed new pipes, done correctly this time, and built up the concrete which had disintegrated, re-laid the tile (we had several pieces from a remodel) and replaced the toilet.

Yeah for Elite Rooter and a special thank you to Steven Johnson who was one of the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers I've met in quite a while.

Six stars? Seven? Please?
Geovany Rebolledo of Elite Rooter has earned my business for as long as I need a plumber. The whole operation is top level, from phone answering to payment. I had him out to clear a toilet clog that resisted my attempts to clean out. No problem for him, but when my wife told me that one of our other toilets needed attention too, he cleared that one at no extra charge.
Use them if you want maximum value and professionalism.

Called them to unclog kitchen drain. The person still charged us 79$ without fixing the issue, and they said it's my pipe's problem and gave a 4K repair proposal. A rip off! On top of this, the person also did not fix the pipe back correctly so it started leaking when we inspected it after he left. Called them again to come back and fix it. I called a different company this morning and they unclogged it in 10 minutes flat and showed us the water from the kitchen which was draining just fine.

Long story short, I had to call out a different plumber who cleared my clog in minutes.

I used Elite twice. The first time, it was for a clogged main. As my house is older and I have no clean out, they snaked from the bathroom. They successfully cleared the clog but told me that I had damage at the end of my pipe. They offered to repair for about 4 thousand dollars. I didn't have the work done. They were nice enough to give me a 6 month warranty.
A year later I was clogged again. I called Elite back, I feel like because they knew my situation they didn't give it a good try. They snaked with no blade and didn't want to do much more. For 200 bucks they only got the drain to drain slowly and the pipe re-clogged not even a minute after they left. They had given me a ""one time come out 30 day"" warranty. I called them back right away but they were reluctant to come out and couldn't come back that day. I was told there was no point and my only option was to have the 4 thousand dollar repair.

I was forced to call a different plumber. He told me I had the option of a hydro blast. He went onto my roof and sent down his hydro blast and my house was clog free in a matter of minutes.

Not too sure about Elite Rooter any more.

This was a great company to work with.

I had a shower drain clog. Since I have iron pipes, it made snaking the drain hard. But they persisted and came the next day and snaked the other side of my garage wall, and that finally worked!

They were very clean wearing shoe covers, masks, plastic on floor and were very patient and friendly. The pricing was fair too.

I will undoubtedly use them in the future!
