WARNING - be cautious if you call Elite Rooter, they called out ""Copper State Home Builders"" without my permission (remodeling company) and attempted to get me to agree to send large bills to my insurance company

Responsiveness: 5/5 (this company is super responsive/friendly)

Day 1:
Two guys came out right away when I called about a kitchen sink clog. Said they were unable to clear and had to come in morning to put camera in.

Day 2:
Three guys, yes THREE came out to put a camera in, immediately went into a long speech about bringing in insurance company to replace pipes and offering to pay deductible/part of it.

I did not want to bring insurance in and communicated this. They insisted that their remodel company come out, Copper State Home Builders to make a report while everything was wet so they would have an insurance claim. Told me not to tell insurance company anything and refer insurance to call them direct. After me saying I really don't want to do that they told me they could jet the pipes for a quick band aid for ~$1,200 but told me the problem would come back. I relented and agreed to have remodeler come after a lot of persuasion only if they agreed to come out and take a look at no charge.

They agreed to this immediately and insisted on staying on site until their buddies at remodeling company arrived. I agreed initially, then looked up google reviews of the remodeling company they called while the Elite Rooter plumbers waited outside as I was very concerned about them going through insurance when I did not want to go that route. Found multiple concerning reviews of people who appeared to have similar experience to me. (plumber called them without my permission, etc...)

At this point I went outside and told them I wanted to pay them for their time so far and cancel everything. They DID NOT like this. Their card reader was having problems, insisted they wait for remodel company while they tried to fix card reader and could put time today on the bill to insurance. Two out of three of them left and one person sat in their car outside for a good hour. Remodel person came, left, card reader still broken so I paid with check to get rid of them as I did not trust them even 1%.

Called a different company, they fixed pipes right away.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

After spending $1500 to try to get ahead of water damage at my home i needed Charles to return to fix another problem. He said he could not get to my home that day but would come back out the next AM. He was a total NO SHOW. Never even answered my call. This is the worst customer service i have seen in a long time. Nothing can explain this lack of sensitivity

Great service. They came the same day for an estimate and ended up fixing my valve on the spot. Took them no time at all. Much better experience then the last plumbing company I used to use. Definitely will use Elite going forward for all my plumbing needs.

I accidentally flushed a 6 inch makeup brush down the toilet. This is my 1st time using a plumber and I really thought I was going to get ripped off. Elite Rooter gave me an estimate of $77 to remove the makeup brush. I was like score, I couldn't afford any additional charges. The Technician knew what his was doing. He came in with a shop vac and sucked out my makeup brush! He was here probably for 15 mins. I definitely recommend this company for your Plumbing needs!

I used Elite Rooter Phoenix to get our pipes and tub/shower faucet replaced. Kevin Mon at Elite Rooter Phoenix was very professional and did a great job. I would high recommend them!

Simply the best!! I use plumbers often so can tell the difference between a great one and a guy with a wrench as I own many rental properties in town. A good plumber is hard to find and Elite Rooter is just that- ELITE!! Quick response times, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great communication from the entire organization from top down. They went above and beyond for me and I can't say how much I appreciate that. My project was extremely complex and brought many challenges along the way. Elite rooter did nothing but make sure I was satisfied with their work and never gave up to jump over the hurdles that were uncovered along the way.

Highly recommend them for trenchless pipe replacement, snaking drains, adding cleanouts, changing fixtures. Anything plumbing related they can handle it- they have all the right tools to get it done right.

Call them with confidence knowing your plumbing needs will be resolved quickly and the right way!

All I can say is these guys are amazing both Keith and Brian went over the top with service and pleasantness to help my mom. I'm in California and they were there within 2 hours of my call making her feel comfortable with her clogged toilet. She was embarrassed with a mess but they didn't care all they wanted to do was help her. I had another guy out there yesterday he charged me three times the price and didn't solve the problem. These guys have amazing customer service along with the lady who took the call and care about their customers. If we ever have a problem again there would be nobody else I would call. Honest reasonable and know what customer service is about. Keith followed up and said he would go by and check on her if I needed and they were an answer to prayer.

I had a clogged sink. Elite Rooter showed up quickly within a couple hours after calling them. They fixed the problem. Only charged $77 to unclog the sink. I'll definitely use them again.
