I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for their excellent service. Especially Soro who helped explain in an honest and detailed manner what was needed and what was not. As well as what to expect in the future as I have an older home with cast iron and clay sewer pipes. Kudos to this company for being honest and fair which is sometimes hard to find these days. Very professional and just great people to know. Five stars all day long. And no, I did not know this company or any of its employees prior to meeting them at my home for the first time. But I will refer them to all my neighbors. Great job guys!!!

Elete sent 2 professionals over a few days ago and took care of the blockage in a very thorough manor. Sent a camera diwn the pipe and i saw what was going on. They spent a solid 2 hours here making sure the job was perfect. I believe the tech was Michael Chavez. A real pro. No surprises, they honered the special advertised price. Honest, very professional, courteous, clean and thorough. I highly recommend tbic company, they are tops. Hope I dont need them again, but if i need the service, they will be the inly ines company I call.

HORRIBLE. Do not use. Do not respond to their project 'quote' offer.

See photo. They said someone could be at my home in one hour. It was a lie. I waited around all Saturday afternoon and told several other companies I wouldn't need their services.

They then call me at the end of the work day and say they ""don't have anyone.""

Look at the photo. It said someone *could* come today and would be here in an hour. It was all a lie.

Elite Rooter is located in California with an (805) area code. Do not respond to them. They're flakes and not even in the state.

Daniel helped us today. We had a leak outside our house under the concrete. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work. It was a challenging job but he had no problem taking care of it on his own and gave us all pricing (which seemed reasonable) upfront. On top of it all, Daniel we so courteous and even came in the house to help diagnose a runny toilet. Cant recommend these guys enough!

? be very careful with these people if your homeowners insurance is involved. You will get scammed and they will promise you a bunch of stuff but in the end you'll end up paying thousands out of your pocket. However the plumbers are very great workers. It's the higher ups you have to worry about.

Other than the fact that it took 6 hours to complete the job I am very happy with the outcome. He did a much better job than the last plumber who worked on the kitchen faucets. Thank you

On August 21, 20224, I called Elite Rooter about an ongoing problem I was having with a clogged toilet. The response was quick. The techs wanted to rooter the line. I explained that this had been done repeatedly, and just two days previously. Eventually they said they needed to contact their supervisor who would call me. Within a few minutes I got a call from Henry Moreno, District Manager.
Henry said he was not far from my location and could be here in a short time. When he arrived he spent a short time assessing the problem, and was quickly able to tell me what had been causing this problem for so long.
Although the fix will be expensive, as there are two problems, I was really grateful that I finally had and answer after months of plumber visits and poor results.
I would recommend Elite for their speedy reply and accurate diagnosis. Henry was jewel.

I have a previous review of this ""elite"" rooter company. To this day they have not made amends, we HAVE in fact reached out to their customer service without success. Cheap words are clearly easy over yelp for these so called professionals but resolving any actual problem related to plumbing or customer service is clearly not their forte. STAY AWAY.

I requested a quote to have my hot valve replaced under my kitchen sink because my sink was suddenly not putting out hot water after I had replaced my dishwasher. Elite Rooter contacted me pretty immediately after I put in the quote request and were able to send out a tech pretty immediately. Erik gave me a free estimate and said that not only would he replace the hot valve that needed replacing but that he could do the other one as well for half off. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, but Erik was able to diagnose that sediment had gotten into the line and I would either need to replace the hot water line or the entire faucet. I was in a bind because between the lack of a dishwasher and then no hot running water I needed to wash my dishes. Erik stayed and waited while I went to Home Depot to get a new faucet and installed it for me. He even took away my old faucet. The only bummer is that somehow my new dishwasher got scratched at some point during the repair which I did not realize immediately. Despite the scratch, Erik was incredibly helpful and transparent. I would call them again.
