? be very careful with these people if your homeowners insurance is involved. You will get scammed and they will promise you a bunch of stuff but in the end you'll end up paying thousands out of your pocket. However the plumbers are very great workers. It's the higher ups you have to worry about.

On August 21, 20224, I called Elite Rooter about an ongoing problem I was having with a clogged toilet. The response was quick. The techs wanted to rooter the line. I explained that this had been done repeatedly, and just two days previously. Eventually they said they needed to contact their supervisor who would call me. Within a few minutes I got a call from Henry Moreno, District Manager.
Henry said he was not far from my location and could be here in a short time. When he arrived he spent a short time assessing the problem, and was quickly able to tell me what had been causing this problem for so long.
Although the fix will be expensive, as there are two problems, I was really grateful that I finally had and answer after months of plumber visits and poor results.
I would recommend Elite for their speedy reply and accurate diagnosis. Henry was jewel.

I have a previous review of this ""elite"" rooter company. To this day they have not made amends, we HAVE in fact reached out to their customer service without success. Cheap words are clearly easy over yelp for these so called professionals but resolving any actual problem related to plumbing or customer service is clearly not their forte. STAY AWAY.

I requested a quote to have my hot valve replaced under my kitchen sink because my sink was suddenly not putting out hot water after I had replaced my dishwasher. Elite Rooter contacted me pretty immediately after I put in the quote request and were able to send out a tech pretty immediately. Erik gave me a free estimate and said that not only would he replace the hot valve that needed replacing but that he could do the other one as well for half off. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, but Erik was able to diagnose that sediment had gotten into the line and I would either need to replace the hot water line or the entire faucet. I was in a bind because between the lack of a dishwasher and then no hot running water I needed to wash my dishes. Erik stayed and waited while I went to Home Depot to get a new faucet and installed it for me. He even took away my old faucet. The only bummer is that somehow my new dishwasher got scratched at some point during the repair which I did not realize immediately. Despite the scratch, Erik was incredibly helpful and transparent. I would call them again.

Stay away from this company !!! Came out and did some work at my place and when they gave me the estimate i was told by Matt that my insurance would cover it and not to worry about it and that he would handle everything with the insurance including the claim. The day before they were to start the job i spoke to my insurance and they told me they would not cover the plumbing i called Matt and told him what i was told and he told me not to worry that the insurance would cover 80%-90% so i made the mistake of trusting Matt and let them do it. The total job was $6800. After it was completed i waited a few days to hear from them. This was the end of last September and since them I have texted Matt a dozen or so times without a response and whenever i call him it just says he is not currently receiving calls. This is a man that sat at my kitchen table looked me right in the eyes and LIED to me. Very unethical and i would hate to see any one else taken advantage of by this company Ernie Alvarado

Super fast response time on a Holiday weekend! They sent a plumber named Manny who was kind and quick! He quickly unclogged my disgusting toilet and only charged me a flat fee which was super cheap! I would definitely recommend this company. Ask them to send Manny! Awesomeness!

$149 to snake the kitchen drain, $50 to $100 more than others advertise but he was there so I said OK... The extra money was so he could access the drain via the p-trap below the sink, a 5 minute addition to his job, ridiculous. However, we noticed today that it's still very slow and we'll need the jetting. He recommended hydro-jetting and wanted $1300, 3 to 4 times what I see others charging via estimates. Caveat emptor!

Came out the tech took care of the problem and then the supervisor showed up. Sent camera through the line found the problem. The supervisor told me not to worry he was a former claims adjuster and knows how to get the insurance company to pay for it. I had to call him and ask him what was going on. He told me he would get back to me, it's been over 6 weeks and no response.
He also called in a restoration person and didn't bother to ask if I wanted one or have one in mind. By him doing this I'm sure he got his bonus. If I had to do it over with I would never have used this restoration company. Problem taken care of, however bathroom is still as it was 6 weeks ago. Still waiting for repairs. Great job Elite will never recommend you to anyone !!!
