These guys are AWESOME. They worked on our drain pipe under our house that had to be elevated to drain properly years ago when we called two other companies who wanted to change and upgrade our drain for ridiculous money. We hadn't had any issues for years and Elite fixed it for a reasonable price and no issues since. Fast forward to this month when our 3 year old water heater stopped working and flashing some error code for the burner. I called the warranty people and they said only parts covered not labor and referred me to a couple plumbing companies who wanted to charge $300-600. I ended up calling Elite and asked if they could do the install of the burner. Bill happened to be in the area and said he would take a look for free. He turned it off and unplugged it to reset it and voila it started working just fine! We are so thankful! It was so nice that they came by like that. It took maybe 10 minutes if that!

It turned off again the other day and I called and left a message to ask how to unplug it. Anyway I got it working by just getting the pilot back on but Bill called me and told me how to unplug for future reference. This company is honest, reliable and have great integrity! Highly recommended!

I was doing some light remodeling of my bathroom by replacing the vanity and while installing the new water fittings I had an issue and thought I would need to break down and get a plumber to come help me. Since I had shut off to the water to the house and the new fixture was leaking I wasn't sure of what to do and gave a couple of places a call. When I connected with Bill he asked me what my issue was and said he wasn't in the area but would try to walk me through the problem. I explained to him the situation and he talked me through the steps I needed to take to do the fix myself and where to get the right parts. Although he didn't come out to the house to do any work he saved me from having to have an actual plumber come to the house and I was able to solve the issue myself. Based on this I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call again if another plumbing issue came up as he was responsive and helpful. Thanks for the help Bill, helped keep my DIY project a DIY project.

I called Bill and he was literally here in 15 - 20 minutes. He was on his way home from another job late afternoon and he stopped by right away instead of making us wait until the following day.

We needed some leaking outdoor spigots replaced and some help figuring out the logistics of our rear yard irrigation; locating, evaluating and testing shut off valves, etc. He took care of everything quickly, the work done was perfect and fairly priced. I had a crisis at my house with a blown pressure regulator on a Sunday morning, leaving me with no water. I called 5 different plumbing companies and only one returned my call; Bob from Elite plumbing. He was out of town but gave me direction to ease the problem in case I couldn't get help until Monday. His advise served me well and Monday morning at 7am he was there. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly to solve the problem.
