I really wish I could give Elite Plumbing a 10 star review. We called for help with a backed up kitchen sink and a shower wall mount that was installed upside down - yup, upside down. Bill came right over and made quick work of both issues. Super professional, patient with our questions, and incredibly efficient. We can't recommend Elite Plumbing Services enough.

Our $150,000 cooling system went down unexpectedly. Our business runs 24h a day cannot operate without the cooling system. We called Elite and they were at our site within 5 minutes. They performed great work and our system was back up & running within 4 hours!

Woke up to cold water in the shower this morning. Called Bill with Elite and he answered immediately, and came to the house a few hours later (as soon as I could be home from a morning trip to the airport).

He spent about 10-15 minutes testing my water heater and it seemed to be working OK. He advised me what to do if the problem happens again.

When I asked him how much I owed him for this service call. He declined any payment. I told him I'd 'pay' him with a 5-star review (number 85 I think)...so here it is!

I'll be calling Bill for any future plumbing problems. I recommend you do the same. :)

If I could check more than 5 stars I would. Bill came to my house to put in a faucet. I bought the wrong one. I would have had 4 holes in my sink and the faucet I bought only took up one. I would have not been happy with that faucet. I had no idea how to buy a faucet. Will offered to meet me at Lowe's and he would help me get what I really wanted in a faucet. He did do that. He came back the next day, not charging me for the first day, and put in the faucet. He also fixed a few things like lighting my water heater I didn't know was out. He's very efficient. I highly recommend Bill. He makes appointments within a day or so and he's on time. He's very knowledgeable about what he does.

Had a water hammer issue. Elite plumbing came out same day and identified the issue within 2 minutes. Advised me to save my money and fix it myself with a cheap part and a YouTube video. No more hammering! And they gave my dog pets...bonus points!
