Terrible service. My property had water heater issue and they fixed the issue however they would not send the receipt of the work done. I called several times, emailed and texted them. I can not imagine somebody doing business and not have courtesy to help the customers with their needs. This company needs better organization and understand customer service starts all the way from solving the problem and eventually delivering the paperwork.

I highly recommend Elite Plumbing! They just finished installing new tiling around my tub as well as adding a shower head to a tub that previously only had a tub spout. It looks amazing!!! JR did the majority of the install and he did a beautiful job! I am very happy and will definitely use these guys again.

JR and the couple of other guys on the job were all friendly and they cleaned up after themselves at the end every day.

I had an emergency issue that required my plumbing experts at Elite. I gave them a shout and even with how busy they were, they were able to accommodate this urgent situation. Mike came out during the window promised and corrected the issue. He explained what the issues were and provided alternate long term solutions. Elite Plumbing & Remodeling and their plumber, Mike are awesome! The person that I spoke to on the telephone yesterday to schedule an appointment was very polite and helpful. He worked me into his plumber's schedule for today,Thursday afternoon which I really appreciate.
Mike, the plumber called me on both my cell phone and my land line to let me know that he is heading my way from the Rocklin, Ca area and gave me an ETA which I appreciated.

Mike was very professional, polite, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. He looked at the gas flex line that was connected to the dryer and the gas valve on the gas line and knew exactly what he needed to do to reconnect the dryer gas flex line to the gas pipe valve so that it didn't leak any longer.
Mike took his time and did what he needed to do in order to reconnect my dryer flex gas line to the gas valve on the gas pipe and then turned the gas vale back on for me.

I ran the dryer for a few minutes while Mike was still here and it worked great.

I really appreciate the exceptional customer service that I received from Elite Plumbing & Remodeling and their plumber, Mike today and I highly recommend Elite Plumbing & Remodeling to anyone that needs plumbing services. They are AWESOME!!!

Moved into my very first house and had issues with the water heater right off the bat, talked to other plumbing companies but they didn't want to deal with my home warranty. Christian from elite plumbing came out earlier than scheduled (which was great) and make sure every issue was looked over, he ended up having to replace the entire water heater. Scheduled to meet me the next morning to have it done and again showed up right on time if not a little early and had it completely in a good time frame. Now my pregnant wife and myself can enjoy our new house and hot showers again!! Thanks Christian you were great and very respectful. Definitely call these guys for plumbing issues.

So my experience with Elite has been great & Christian did some great work on my first home which I recently acquired. His first piece of work at my home was replacing all my quarter turn valves. He was on time, very knowledgable, time efficient & professional. The next job he completed at my home was fixing another plumbing issue which was not finished by the previous company (Plumber by Trade). We had a pin hole leak in our wall which caused water to go under flooring, previous plumber was not prepared with parts needed on day 1, day 2 he cut the pipes prior to bleeding out system causing water to build up under floors after I had dried them out..Anyways Cristian showed up 8a on Day 3 got the parts he needed and within a few hours leak is fixed and back to Normal. He let me watch so i could understand the process of how soldering works and he answered all my questions. Seriously Thank you Cristian for the hard work and getting us back to normal..He knows what kind of nightmares we have been thru already
