I was directed to Elite Plumbing and Remodeling through my home warranty to unclog a clogged bath tub. Being a first time homeowner to an older home can be stressful, but I'm extremely thankful for their service. The plumber, Christian, was courteous, and was able to fix the issue at hand in a timely manner during a major storm.

I'm super happy!! I was given a one-hour window, Casey was there within that window, sized up the situation and fixed it in a flash! To contrast that, I had called another plumber before Elite (mostly because I had forgotten that I still have a home warranty in place) and they had given me a 4-hour window, but never showed up?! Luckily that little boo-boo gave me the chance to remember that I do have a warranty and that company contacted Elite. I will keep Elite as my go-to company though-- even after the warranty expires. Casey was helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you!!!!!! :)

I was directed to Elite plumbing through my home insurance, I had a leak in my garage and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. After sending several plumbing companies to look for the leak the guys from Elite plumbing were sent to me, they found the leak right away and had to actually go into the garage cement to fix it, they even covered it back up with cement when they were done. I worked with JR and Christian, they were very polite and punctual as well!

We had a fantastic experience with Elite this last week. Our daughters bathroom pipes were leaking, water was coming through the wall and ceiling downstairs. They showed up quickly and were able to find where the builder had put a hole in the pipe with a nail when the home was built. It had come loose and water was leaking out into the walls. Christian came in, found the problem and fixed it for us. He did a wonderful job, was very professional and we would highly recommend elite plumbing and remodeling!

I am an elderly women living alone and I am always concerned when hiring a company for a job. I called Elite plumbing and remodeling and Jr the owner answered my call and was able to set an appointment up for the next day(first thing in the morning). I had a water heater issue the technician was very knowledgeable, courteous. I thought I was going to need a new water heater, but they were able to fix it. They are honest and I will definitely use this company for any plumbing or home remodeling issues.

Our first experience with Elite Plumbing was a call out for a repair covered under our home warranty. I've dealt with a few plumbers and Elite Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. On time, called before arrival, put booties on before coming into the house, competent, great clean up, and above all, courteous and professional!

We were so impressed with the home warranty work, that we also used them for a recent bathroom remodel! Our bathroom was originally built with 1990s fiberglass tub and surround, vinyl floor and fluorescent lighting. At the end of the remodel, we ended up with; porcelain coated steel tub, with porcelain tile surround, porcelain tile floor (which looks like distressed wood), new cultured marble sink/countertop, and canned LED lighting.

As with any project; there were delays, due to supplier issues; but overall we were very pleased with the results. Reasonably priced, on time, great clean up and very pleasant staff (no matter who helped JR for the day-most of his staff are relatives).

Thank you Mike, JR and Elite Plumbing for helping us fix our water heater! We took a hot shower tonight for the first time in a week (cold showers are not fun) and it was a godsend!

Thanks Mike for coming out twice, so last minute, staying on hold so long with the Rheem phone line, and finally fixing the issue after other companies could not!

You guys are the best and we will ask our home warranty company to call you guys first next time (instead of wasting a week waiting for the other company)!

Not sure how this is going to turn out. My homeowner warranty sent this company on July 3rd, and I thought it would be a good fit since the water heater had caused damage of the wallboard when it threw water all over less than 10 hrs before they arrived. I removed wet drywall that I could reach. Servpro started the dehumidifier and heater but I could not remove drywall behind the water heater to dry behind it. I couldn't be there two days after it happened, but thought since they have plumbing and contractor license, I did not have to supervise the wallboard replacement. Now, by his pictures and statement, It appears that damaged insulation was not removed and there was no replacement of the wet insulation that I removed right before the plumber came out. I never imagined I need to tell a licensed contractor that walls between the kitchen and garage need insulation and especially that it can not have water damage. looking back, I would insist he remove the old water heater and wet drywall, secure the lines right away so it could dry out before he returned. Not sure if I need to make them return and do it correctly ... Who owns this company?

I contacted Elite Plumbing and Remodeling about a leaky toilet and received very prompt, next-day service. Casey was able to come in and diagnose and repair my problem in record time at a cost that was beyond fair and reasonable. Casey knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts readily available. He was very professional and courteous. Very important to me are cleanliness and respect for customers' property, and Casey met my expectations in both of these areas. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing and Remodeling to others; be sure to ask for Casey!

Today was just one of those days that I knew was going to be a great!! I have had an annoying toilet for months and Elite Plumbing sent their man around to fix it. He was so good, did all I asked him to, nice manners as well. I was impressed he wore those little booties to keep my house clean. How thoughtful. It's working perfectly and I am so grateful.
