We were dispatched to Elite from our home warranty after the first plumbing company was a bust. Mike came out quickly to assess the situation. And once it was approved, he came and did the repairs himself. We would use Elite again outside of our home warranty if needed in the future.

This place is an absolute joke my home warranty sent them out which makes sense that all there reviews are from ppl who have home warranty so 1.tgis place and the home warranties are both despicable they use each other to deny claims for anything and everything even if ur covered this place uses the home warranties to funnel them business they work together to deny then elite plumbing will stay on your property and try to sell you services that were denied there a scam so are all these home warranties company im not a person that writes bad reviews either check my other reviews but this place warranted bad review I told the guy he can leave now and only reason he's here is because of my warranty and that I would never hire a company that has 3 stars or lower and he argued about how I dont have the right company yet there van us the same at my house and on the website with bad reviews thats y every review they have is bad and was funneled to them by home warranties noone uses this place on their own I now know why just a SCAM!!!
2.the guy showed up late of over an hour after a 4 hour window they don't call you to let you know which already shows the have 0 customer service they don't answer the phones or call you back the office lady who set up my appointment was rude and had 0 knowlage of anything if u owned a business I would at least hire people who answer phones to at least have some knowledge of what there working for
So just wanted to let everyone know this place is a absolute joke and o yeah they left my water meter box open as well as my main water barely turned on your main water should always be fully open to reduce stress on the pipes I would give negative 100 stars if I could and ill be waiting for there excuse of responses on how its all our fault like they do with everyone else on here hey elite plumbing learn customer service and maybe you'll get jobs that aren't funneled to you by scandoulus insurance companies and also maybe wont have 90% bad reviews you guys are pathetic

Plumbing work was completed fine for water heater replacement. However work was not inspected and permitted afterward.
This company was selected by the home warranty I thankfully did not pay for. So Elite takes the money upfront as the Home Warranty also billed for the inspection and permit. Contacted multiple times about the permit status. Never got update even after leaving voice mails and using their online messaging service. Why bother advertising as 24/7 availability if you don't answer your phone at all. It's been almost a year either so time is not an issue. Either hand back the money for the permit you did not do or finish the permit process you were paid for.

Had a small leak coming from our hot water heater. Made a request for service through my home warranty company and was amazed that Elite contacted me and scheduled an appointment for literally the next afternoon. Mike came out and fixed the leak, no problem.
After he left, we discovered that suddenly our kitchen faucet was mysteriously not working. Called them back and was told that probably turning the main water line off and on moved a clog into our kitchen faucet. They came out the very next day, on a Saturday, and went above and beyond. We had a new kitchen faucet that we were planning on installing ourselves (the timing was sort of funny), and instead of going through all the work to fix the new clog in our old faucet, Mike saved us the trouble and installed our new faucet for us, saving us a lot of labor and of course fixing the unexpected clog in the process.
Couldn't be more delighted. Incredibly quick turnaround in setting appointments, Mike wore a mask the entire time, he didn't even squish my new lawn out back (just general courteousness), and not only fixed the surprise clog from the first appointment, but installed our new faucet for us, saving us an afternoon to play with our kiddo. Saving your business card for next time! Thank you, Mike and Elite Plumbing! :)

I'm updating this, since the ""owner"" has no clue what's going on.. responds with vague apologies.
They did install a pump, and guess what I was still left with basement that flooded.
The woman who answers the phone, really should find a new job. The lack of customer service is almost comical. They installed the wrong size sump, so I had to have another company come out to fix the issue. And pay again for the lack of service. I would rather jump off a bridge than ever have to deal with this company again.
We used them because the home warranty sent them. The temps are awful, this is the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with.
And for the owner.. get up to speed on what your customers are actually complaining about. Hire competent ppl and try actually caring!

What great service. We just bought a home in Folsom and discovered multiple plumbing problems that our home inspection didn't notice, but that's another story.
Our new home warranty company sent Elite plumbing to assess the situation and Mike Hidrogo came out quickly to check things out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Today Mike came back to do the repairs. He arrived early in the service window and worked quickly. He answered all our questions and we liked him so much we showed him other things we want repaired that our warranty won't cover. From now on he's our go to plumber.

Absolute HORRID customer service. They must have new management and or new staff because as you can see the reviews for this place years ago compared to now are complete opposite from each other. I will tell you from my experience why you SHOULD NOT USE THEIR BUSINESS. HEED MY WARNING.
1.) Upon making an appointment they informed the plumber would show up Saturday between 10am- 2pm. The plumber ended up showing up an hour early and after calling to see if he could come back, he was already way out of region. And the lady on the phone stated she actually said it was 8am- 2pm and that since it was a Saturday we'd have to call them back on Monday to make an appointment. That's three more guaranteed days of freezing cold water.
2.) We have a dog in the house, and upon the plumber's arrival not once did the dog hear the plumber knock on the door or he would have woken up. Yet according to the plumber he ""banged on the door"". Which concludes they make EXCUSES instead of finding solutions, which can be confirmed from the other Yelp reviews on here. There seems to be a downtrend of popularity with this company and unfortunately we know why because it has happened to us too.
3.) Lastly and most appalling was the woman on the phone. I could hear from the very beginning she had no regard for her customers. We tried to explain to her our situation and the entire time- WHILE we were talking- you could hear her say ""uh huh. Yeah okay."" She wasn't even listening nor did she try to understand where we're coming from! And then she proceeded to make her excuses (the plumber said he rang the doorbell and banged on the door. Which is a lie because no one heard the doorbell and it is VERY distinctive. And the dog didn't even hear him knock). She then told us that she'd give us a call right back when trying to find an open available appointment, but we never received a call back. Mind you we were very polite on the phone despite her snarky disrespectful attitude and we waited a good amount of time before wanting to call back to just check in and get an update. But, you guessed it, they aren't answering.
Do NOT be a victim of their terrible service!!

They came out on Jan 6th via my home warranty company. Spent all of 8 minutes making an assessment and told me I would hear back in a couple days. It is now Jan 22nd and I found yesterday they failed to submit report to my warranty company. Real professional. I'm about to call them to see if they did what they were supposed to do yesterday. More later...

Honestly surprised by the good reviews for this company. They treated me like warm garbage. First they lost the email from my insurance company authorizing them to come out. Then they told me ""oh, I'll get authorization to replace from the insurance company first thing tomorrow.""
They didn't start until two days later.
Then they wouldn't return my phone calls and I got to return to old-timey dishwashing by heating water on the stove.
Then they missed their appointment window by an hour and half because they were picking up the replacement parts (that they told me they had picked up the day before).
I have never felt so lied to and disrespected. If you had to heat 12 pots of water to wash in a luke warm bath, you'd feel the same.
When they finally did show up I just wanted them to get out. It is galling to be forced to pay money to a crappy company because your insurance company picked them.
