Moved into my very first house and had issues with the water heater right off the bat, talked to other plumbing companies but they didn't want to deal with my home warranty. Christian from elite plumbing came out earlier than scheduled (which was great) and make sure every issue was looked over, he ended up having to replace the entire water heater. Scheduled to meet me the next morning to have it done and again showed up right on time if not a little early and had it completely in a good time frame. Now my pregnant wife and myself can enjoy our new house and hot showers again!! Thanks Christian you were great and very respectful. Definitely call these guys for plumbing issues.

So my experience with Elite has been great & Christian did some great work on my first home which I recently acquired. His first piece of work at my home was replacing all my quarter turn valves. He was on time, very knowledgable, time efficient & professional. The next job he completed at my home was fixing another plumbing issue which was not finished by the previous company (Plumber by Trade). We had a pin hole leak in our wall which caused water to go under flooring, previous plumber was not prepared with parts needed on day 1, day 2 he cut the pipes prior to bleeding out system causing water to build up under floors after I had dried them out..Anyways Cristian showed up 8a on Day 3 got the parts he needed and within a few hours leak is fixed and back to Normal. He let me watch so i could understand the process of how soldering works and he answered all my questions. Seriously Thank you Cristian for the hard work and getting us back to normal..He knows what kind of nightmares we have been thru already

I was offered a 1-3 pm service window.
Technician arrived at 3:45 pm.
Home Warranty Company sent this company out for a clogged shower drain. The technician tried to clear the drain but was not able to accomplish this task. He tried from both showers and still could not get the drain cleared. He made a huge mess in the process. He informed me that the drain could not be cleaned from the shower and needed to be cleared from the roof but his company does not do that. It's a single story house and not a big deal. His diagnosis is to replace some of the piping under the house and estimated $450! Technician leaves and fails to put shower drain covers back on, leaves mess everywhere, and moves on to his next job. In the meantime, I still have a clogged drain, now a huge mess to clean up, and wasted money spent on Home Warranty Deductible.
I had another company out 2 years ago for the same issue. They cleared the drains from the roof and everything worked fine. Elite Plumbing suggests a $450 repair because they will not get on the roof!

I would not recommend this company.

We had our entire home repiped. They did an amazing job. They were clean, efficient and very easy to get in touch with. The owner is extremely hands on. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They are very knowledgeable and extremely skilled.

This company is fantastic! They re-piped our entire home. Having had re-piping done on a previous home, we know the difference. These guys were more efficient, creative, cleaned-up, and even replaced drywall with tape and texture. JR is excellent at listening to his customers, problem solving, and explaining the process. The crew is quick, polite and extremely knowledgeable. This is a company with a full measure of integrity and regretfully, that's hard to come by. We would not hesitate recommending them and have already talked to our neighbors in the event they need re-piping, other plumbing or remodeling. We will be hiring them in the future for flooring and bathroom remodeling.
