This company is fantastic! They re-piped our entire home. Having had re-piping done on a previous home, we know the difference. These guys were more efficient, creative, cleaned-up, and even replaced drywall with tape and texture. JR is excellent at listening to his customers, problem solving, and explaining the process. The crew is quick, polite and extremely knowledgeable. This is a company with a full measure of integrity and regretfully, that's hard to come by. We would not hesitate recommending them and have already talked to our neighbors in the event they need re-piping, other plumbing or remodeling. We will be hiring them in the future for flooring and bathroom remodeling.

I can tolerate poor service but I cannot stand for lies. Elite plumbing came by to take a look at my master bath faucet which was vibrating, shaking, and making a loud motor noise when I turned it on. My home warranty company dispatched Elite plumbing and Mike Hidrogo came by last Monday 11-27. I reported to him and my Home Warranty the loud vibration that would cause the entire wall behind the faucet to shake. Mike said this was just an old cartridge problem. In his short work order, he documented that he replaced the cartridge and the faucet is working. A day and a half later. I noticed the same problem and reported this to the Home Warranty. They sent Mike back to my home today 12-4 and he said this is a new issue. I asked him what he meant since I am hearing the same noise and feeling the same vibration problem. This issue was noted a little over a day after his repair so no, there is no NEW ISSUE. In fact, my mother was with me at the time Mike did his initial repair and we both noted the noise. Mike claimed that last week there was a ""screeching noise"" and this time just a vibration noise. I told him no, there was never a screeching noise reported. This is nowhere to be found in my report to the Home Warranty and it is not in his work order. He went ahead and contacted the Home Warranty to cover his end for not fixing the problem at the initial visit. He said this time it is a loose strap issue and he checked the water pressure today. Why did he not check it last week when I had the problem AND reported that this was a pressure issue? The service fee I paid is not big deal. What I want to point out to other potential customers is that lying is NEVER OKAY. Please just admit you overlooked the initial problem and apologize. Do not lie to your customer's face and tell them there is a different problem a day and a half after making the initial repair. Yes I have Kitec and if a leak occurs, I will not consider using Elite Plumbing for their services. Dishonest.

I had a tenant call and said their toilet was clogged. This is every landlords worst nightmare. The tenants had spent an hour plunged and snaking the toilet, with no success. I went over and spent another hour, but was unsuccessful. I decided to get professional help.

I requested a quote from Elite Plumbing on a Friday, and they responding within 1 hour and gave me a rate that was reasonable. They were able to schedule a 2 hour window for me the next day on a Saturday morning! So far so good, communication was quick and to the point. I asked them to give me a text when they were on their way, and they said no problem.

Saturday morning came, and I got a text from them saying they were 20 minutes away. They showed up at the house at the estimated time. They spent an hour snaking the toilet, but was unsuccessful. They told me they would need to remove the toilet and snake from the pipe, and this would most likely be successful. This was additional time and a new quote. Again, the price was very reasonable. After another hour, I got a call that removing the toilet had worked. The tech explained what he had to do, and provided some tips for the future.

Elite plumbing is now on my list of go-to contractors!

I had a great experience with this company. I highly recommend them! Had a washer drain issue. They came out kind and curtious, gave me a quote. My drain now works is actually updated! They had to cut through my wall to fix and update the issue. Fixed the sheet rock and the texture is perfect!! All I have to do is splash on some paint... Thank you Casey!!

This company was sent through our home warranty, so I can't speak to prices.

We had a clogged shower and a leaking toilet. Company called us to schedule a service window and was able to work around my school pick up time. Arrived on time. Fixed the shower same day. Toilet needed a part, which he didn't have on hand so he asked if he could come back between 8-12 the following day. I had errands to run so I asked him to call me in the morning to let me know when he would be arriving. He did and came by first thing.

I appreciated that they gave me reasonably narrow windows (not all day) for the service call, and that they were willing to work with me on timing a little bit, as I am forever picking up or dropping off someone.

Christian came out today on an emergency call through our home warranty. This was the best plumbing service I ever experienced. He was competent, thorough, and answered all my questions so I could understand them. Explained what was and wasn't covered (major wall damage from leak), but fixed the leak and Garbage disposal quickly and promptly.

They called back quickly upon making initial appointment, then even called and asked if he could come slightly earlier, got right to work, and cleaned up the mess that was inevitable.

He showed us how to turn off the main for safety reasons, polite and can't say enough good about him, was very impressed and highly recommend.


Work took less time than expected and I did not feel like I was being taking advantage of or talked down to like I have experienced with other companies in past.

I was directed to Elite Plumbing and Remodeling through my home warranty to unclog a clogged bath tub. Being a first time homeowner to an older home can be stressful, but I'm extremely thankful for their service. The plumber, Christian, was courteous, and was able to fix the issue at hand in a timely manner during a major storm.
