We've used Elite twice and they did a great job and were very fast. Today Richard came and fixed our leaky toilet problem. He was polite and wore a mask, did clean work and fixed the problem at a reasonable price waaay cheaper than our old plumber. Richard made sure to quote us the price before doing anything. The day after I posed my review, the owner reached out to me directly. It took another week or so, but they did eventually right the situation by replacing the parts so the sinks would hold water.

I do want to highlight though, that it required me posting a 1 star review in order to get them to rectify the situation - as it was clear in the communication that the additional work was motivated to encourage me to update my review.

Had problems with our dishwasher. Tried Youtubing to see if I can fix it myself to no avail. Found Elite of Yelp and they were the only company that could come within the next few days. The plumber came, explained everything to me, and fixed it dishwasher. The price seemed reasonable too.

We had a major pipe leakage, Greg was the first to show up same day. Him and his crew came over the next day a did a complete repiping job on our house. I can't say enough about what a prompt and professional job his crew did. Dare I say the epitome of efficiency. The price was very fair also. They are our go to plumbers from now on.

I was in need of a plumber to install & connect faucet & a few other things. I found Elite Plumbing in Whittier online. I called and a technician was able to come give me an estimate. Ramiro came and saw exactly what needed to be done. I was given an estimate & we agreed to have the work done the next day. It is now 30 min late from my appt , so I called the office. They now told me the price has changed because of the faucet installation. I told them that Ramiro saw & knew what was needed. My price was $375...now went up to $650 but would knock off $150 for their miscommunication. I am very
disappointed with this company and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!. I felt they are scamming me. Their own technician came and saw.
