My sink was leaking and I called this plumbing company they were very professional over the phone and they sent a technician out right away and he arrived in a very timely manner I was already impressed, the tech was really nice and professional and got right to work gave me a reasonable price and fixed my problem quickly with no problem.:) I was so stressed out about my plumbing problem especially because I've heard so many of my friends talk about their bad experiences with plumbers but Elite plumbing and hydro jet made the process of fixing the problem so quick and easy. I highly recommend this company:)

Elite was referred my way by my regular plumber for hydrojetting a sewer line. However, Joseph was very unconscientious as to returning calls to myself, my real estate broker or the referring plumber to follow-up on his work. He failed to appear on a scheduled second appointment without the basic courtesy of a notification. I do not run my business this way and treat customers in this fashion.

Joseph and Mike provided their services to help my parents fix their water heater and change out some parts today and they were great. They were really understanding and accommodating while working with my parents and the fact that they don't speak great English. I would definitely recommend them!

Very quick and professional. Called them on Memorial Day because of a leak under the house. They were able to come out within the hour and had the problem diagnosed very quickly. Joseph and his crew did a great job on an emergency drain breakage. They had to break concrete and dig up the problem. They worked late and were on time. Two days total. They cleaned up after the job. Definitely will use them again.
