It's been a few months and I've been wanting to post this but forgot. Elite plumbing did a great job at my home! I had new floors put in and when the moved my washer& dryer the valves just broke off and I needed these replaced asap! Elite came out within hours, gave me an estimate. I appreciate that they came out so quick, but work had to wait till the next day because they were super busy. I was totally fine with this and the next day, as promised, Richard (the supervisor) showed up to do the work. Richard explained that the plumber that gave me the original estimate was tied up on another job but he didn't want me to be without water, so he came out to do the work. Richard was polite, professional and quick. I will absolutely call Elite for any of my plumbing needs!

Drain cleaning Gods. Man when it comes to girls and drain problems, Elite has us covered, or should I say uncovered. Our drains were always getting filled with hairs and needed drained out. These guys were always there to rescue us. Thanks Elite for being the best ...... Debbie S

Called for an appt. They said they would try to come by the early segment of their window. They showed up beyond their appt window. We didn't have time work with unreliable people, so we told them to recall their tech.

Owner taking my information was not organized. Had to repeat info 3-4times over the phone.

I want to echo some of these other reviewers on here-- Richard of Elite is a great professional and does excellent work.

We just moved to Whittier and this old house needs some quick repairs. We had an issue with hose bibs in both the front and back of the house and no idea how long these two had been leaking which was really saturating the bottom of the house. The two had been soldered on and had to be replaced but not having the right tools to do it, I decided to call a plumber.

I had passed by Elite while biking close to DT Whittier and thought they would be great since it was last minute and a (Saturday) weekend. I called them and shortly thereafter, Elite showed up. Richard also looked at few more issues that we have under the house (e.g connecting the ice machine and water line to the fridge) and was generally very helpful with a number of questions and suggestions.

We are going to be doing some future repairs to the house and plan to do some renovations. I am going to reach out to Elite for estimates.

Mike and Richard came out and went above and beyond to get my water heater replaced and make sure we had hot water this weekend! Very clean and efficient, they were able to do all this work in my basement without leaving a trace in the house. They were all about customer service and I'd call them again if needed!

Called Elite Plumbing to fix a broken pipe in my front yard. Explain the need to have somebody right away as my water was turned off. Richard from Elite plumbing came to my home within 15 mins and took care of the situation. Definitely recommend as the go to.
