This company is fantastic! Ken was the first to come out for the initial call. He was prompt and professional, doing his best to figure out what we needed to replace our water heater. I appreciate his honesty and attention to wanting to get the job done right. Chris was the one who picked up the new water heater, took out the old one, put in the new water heater, and replaced the pipes that were corroded. He was friendly and explained the process to make sure that we could make informed decisions. These guys deserve a medal for their hard work.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We used them before and I thought they were a good company. Now we have found out that they jerryrigged a cage and the fins got damaged. We just paid $250 for a capacitor this last week. That's not even what was really wrong.Do not call them unless you want to waste money and be ripped off!

Love the service fast friendly. JR replaced my solenoid and fan motor and cleaned the vents. Told me every thing he was doing. I'm happy that I called Elite.

Do not use this company. Our ac went out over the 4 th of July weekend and called several places and Elite was the one who could come out the soonest. 2 days later on the 6th. We were desperate due to 4 days no ac and about 110 outside. The guy who came was up on the roof and after only 5 mins and said we needed a whole new unit for $6000? We don't have that. Asked are you sure? He just kept trying to push for a new unit. Then finally after making it totally clear to him we don't have it and can't get that kind of money he says well you need a new fan. Really? So we had to do it. $650 later cold air was coming out. So during hour he was here at least 3 times he said they won't guarantee how long it will work .. Could be 2 weeks or a year just one sure. And again tried pushing a new unit!! Now not even a month and its out?? Hmmm. Brand new fan already out?? Red flags from the beginning, especially when he said they won't guarantee the work. Took advantage of desperate people.
New company on their way said should be no problem to fix.

Professional, Quick , Friendly! Richard our tech was awesome... he was informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He helped us diagnosis the problem quickly and presented multiple options for fixing. In the heating and AC business out here in Vegas, it seems like there are more shady characters than honest ones. Luckily we found a good one. Kendra was also very professional and helpful in the office. This company and employees are top-notch!
I HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY air/heating needs.

JR came over on Friday afternoon at 3 after me calling him at 2. He explained the whole process of complete replacement of furnace and AC units. I hesitated based on cost of other companies, but when it came to running the prices he beat the competition by over 1000. dollars for a complete system and also offered free financing for 36 months vs. 7% by others. I relented and signed the papers. First appointment ? The next day at 8 a.m. The guys were here at 7:55 and got started by 8. By noon they were finished, packed up, cleaned up and gone. It was as if they were never here. I cannot tell you all how great this experience was. The new units work perfectly. When they pulled out the old furnace it looked like it went through a war. For service and responsibility if all companies worked like this... The people at Elite were perfect.

The tech was really nice and informative when he got here but they have it advertised on their website and vans that the service fee is 25$. Well after he looked at the AC units he told me it was 60$. My husband called them back this morning to complain about the price change. The person who talked to me talked to him and they kept telling my husband they had informed me of the different price before hand. Our exact conversation was...
Man: ""hi this is elite (ect).""
Me: ""hi, my ac went out and I need someone to come look at it.""
Man: ""address? ""
Me: ""gave him address""
Man: name?
Me: ""Shawna Ritter""
Man: we will have someone out in the next 2 hours.

No where did he mention the price change. He was rude, condescending to my husband, and he also insisted the price was 69$ and on the invoice the different price was 10$ less. He told my husband that I said I didn't care what the price was, that I wanted some one out at my house. That I needed it fixed that day. First off I would never say that because I have 3 kids and price does matter to me. Second, we had to borrow the 25$ because we have 8$ in the bank account and couldn't afford it. I am not an ass who would pull that shit. There are other companies who advertise 25$ service fee, I would have just gone to one of them. Do not, I repeat do not bother with them. With the bouncing prices it just seemed like they were trying to rip us off hard time.
BTW I only ended up paying the 25$ anyway because that was all I had. If they want the rest they can kiss my ass.

I contacted elite to replace both of my units on the roof. My wife and myself were given a satisfactory quote. The salesman did not measure the downspout. All was set up for them to return to do the installation. Before the installation could Start, I got a call from the salesman stating that he should have gone up on the roof and measured. The salesman then proceeded to explain what the situation was, a custom downspout would need to be made. At that time, I asked how much more it would cost. It was explained to me that he will eat it, because he did not take the measurements. Therefore the custom downspouts were included at the original quote. The only thing this cost was a delay of the install.

If I could gave them 0 stars I would have.
First of all he charged my $559.00 for a fan motor. I later found out that you can buy them for under $200.00. Then he proceeded to tell me I need a whole new unit for 7500.
Did my research on that and found new units for $1500.
These people are RIP-OFFS!!!
I will never do business with Elite Air ever again!!!! Neither will anyone I know.
Worst company ever!!!
Do you research and your homework before giving them any of your hard earned money!!!!
