I recently had a plumbing issue where my showers were backing up. Thinking it was a simple clogging issue I called out a different plumbing service I had used before. That company was unable to solve our issue and left 2 inches of standing water in our shower after unsuccessfully snaking it. They said they would email us a quote to rip out our shower and get to the drains, which they never did. They left us feeling completely abandoned and seemed to not care if they got our business or fixed our situation.
In desperation I googled other plumbers in the area and came upon Elite Plumbing and Drains. They had nothing but 5 star reviews so I gave them a call and spoke with the owner, Everardo. He immediately put me at ease and scheduled to come out to my property the next day. He had much more sophisticated tools than the previous company came out with and was able to run a camera down the vent and was able to pinpoint the problem. He offered a solution that not only would be more cost effective but was going to be less invasive as well.

He got me on their schedule next day even though it was near the holidays. These guys showed up in the pouring rain to get the job done. Their main objective was to get at least one shower going until the whole job was finished so that we could have a usable shower. I couldn't believe how much they cared about solving our issue! These guys went above and beyond. Throughout the entire process I felt like I was in good hands and never had to worry. Everardo came out several times to oversee the project himself and Richie, the supervisor, was there for the whole thing. Both are knowledgeable and just nice guys. Their crew was also polite and kept things neat and clean.

Our problem was resolved as well as they gave us an option for preventative measures which we did as well. I appreciate that they are a family owned business and take pride in what they do. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will use them for all future plumbing needs!

I had the best experience with Elite Plumbing. I called for an appointment on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment early Friday morning. I was getting a water softener installed for our home in Fontana. Before contracting with Elite Plumbing and Drains, I did my due diligence to get several estimates. What I found is that Elite Plumbing and Drains had the most competitive price in comparison to other estimates that I received.

Our service technician, Jorge Nunez, did an amazing job with the install. He was respectful of our home and made sure to clean any debris that was left over. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Jorge made sure to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that we received the highest quality of service. He checked to make sure our drain is live prior to the install and addressed a reoccurring leak to make sure it got resolved. He notified me prior to doing anything invasive such as drilling a hole for the overflow drain pipe. He also asked me if the installation was meeting my expectations as it was progressing along. Jorge always showed up within the promised timeframe. Very professional service and certainly exceeded all of my expectations.

The service provided by Elite Plumbing and Drains is by far the best contractor experience I have had since owning a home, much better than dealing with the painters, pest control, and electrical contractors that I have dealt with more recently. I think this is driven by employing quality level technicians like Jorge and ensuring that your company upholds a high standard of work. Therefore, good work on part of the leadership team and good work to the technicians in field.

I called Elite Plumbing because our regular plumber ignored us after a drain fix that started backing up again. Richie showed up earlier than expected and got right to business.
I felt pretty dumb when he showed me it was just hair that collected in the new drain plug. Fixed in less than a minute.
To my shock, Richie didn't charge me for the visit. He only requested good word of mouth to others. Richie, you got it! (I did give some cash to get him some food or something nice for the wife)
My word: Elite plumbing is fast, friendly and now on my speed dial for all the other tenants in the building. That level of genuine care is rare and I appreciate it. Elite Plumbing seems to be a great place to work if their employees are that cool. I might need to apply. Haha! thanks again.

Elite Plumbing and Drains came to my rescue within a few hours on a Saturday to camera my sewer system to figure out why our plumbing backed up. Although it wasn't great news, they were able to resolve the issue enough the same night to allow us to continue use until their return on Monday to do the big repair. The entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and in working order before guests arrived for my son's wedding. They replaced my main clean out and the line all the way to the street. They even increased my pipe to a four inch pipe to allow for better flow. My yard was dug up, work done, and everything back in place with a two days; the extra time was for correct compaction and relaying cement. A big THANK YOU to Everardo and his crew!!They were all wonderful and did an amazing job. Much appreciated.
