They ruled out external sources of water which narrowed the leak to within the ""box"" around the spa. They were very thorough and answered questions well. I highly recommend them! While they weren't able to fix the problem, they clarified the issues surrounding it.

Richie did plumbing work for me on a multi unit home. We ended up having to re-pipe both units and install new waterless tanks! Everardo Duenas Jr and his team did a great job installing your washer and dryer hook up, and you haven't had any issues with the installation in the past. When i encountered another plumbing problem with a clogged sink, plumber Jorge Nunez provided excellent customer service and took care of the situation while explaining everything to me I would recommend Elite Plumbing and Drains to anyone with plumbing inquiries.

We were having some draining problems in the beginning but then our water heater started leaking and then our ceiling. So we had a mess. We were greatful to the owner JR who took our situation seriously and without hesitancy came to our rescue. Very professional, thorough and reasonable price point for what we needed fixed. They gave us a complimentary service as well. We appreciate his well spoken, well mannered crew as well. George, and his other two crew members who helped us, were on time and completed the job in a clean timely manner. They have a sister company as well which will help us furthermore complete our bathroom remodeling hopefully. This company was gracious by granting me a same day appointment. My service Technician Jorge was great. He was professional, quick, and explained my plumbing issue in lay terms. I thought the charge was a bit pricey but they fixed my clogged sink in no time. I guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely you this company again!

Everado responded to my queery on Yelp about what is the requirement for water heater installations for my multifamily complex in Moreno Valley, whether the tanks have to be put on 18"" stand if inside the house utility room, or is that rule only in the garage . Everado volunteered to call the City of Moreno Valley for me to find out what their regulations are.

I also called, and got called back by an inspector who told me the specifics about water heater installations inside the house, outdoors, and the garage, which I told Everado.

Although Everado did not provide any physical plumbing services to me, I could tell how this business has 5 solid Yelp stars, in his willingness to do the research for me. I see other Yelp reviewers have the same experience of good service they speak about in their reviews. I would keep this business in mind when I need a licensed plumber.

Junior and the team at Elite Plumbing are AMAZING!! So professional and honest! We moved to Riverside County and have had a lot of issues with the plumbing in our home since day one. There was an old musty smell after we bought and moved into our home.
After speaking to our neighbors, it turns out, the contractor of the neighborhood we reside in, did unethical plumbing work on these track lots so now we are all paying the consequences of bad building planning.
Fortunately, we found Junior through a company after having our first huge water leak in our kitchens' main water line.
They came out to our home and got straight to the problem with their efficient gadgets. They worked hard and were able to walk with us through every step of the process. We also had a huge slab leak and they gave us options and treated us like family.
Because of their honest options and reasonable prices, we have been updating and repairing our plumbing throughout our home, slowly but surely. The old musty smell in our home is permanently gone!
My wife and I are truly blessed to have found Elite! They are our only go to plumbers and we very highly recommend them!

took time to figure out best way to handle our plumbing issue and stands by work...after past plumbers we had and did not take care of problems but we had paid arm and leg....elite fees were reasonable for amount of time of work done. will definitly use again if needed and highly recommend to other homeowners if they need need a plumber
