Outside area drain was clogged with roots and mud. Elite plumbing was the only company that could get it clear using their Hydro Jetting system. Very fair and affordable price for their service. I definitely recommend their team for your plumbing needs.

Found some hot spots on my ground floor and called Elite same day. Everardo, the owner, answered and was very accommodating with answering questions and scheduling an estimate in person. He personally made it out to our home the same evening, and this was almost 5pm already. He came out did some inspection and determined what was happening, we had a slab leak of the hot water line. He gave options and provided a very professional quote quickly and could start the next day. We felt great about his candor and openness and didn't feel haggled. We decided to go with Elite based on Everardo's great impression. The next day his team came and really honed into the issues and with some road blocks from old footings and older pipes they found multiple issues and corrected the problem very quickly. This included quite a bit of wall cutting and new pipe work through the house. Jorge Nunez and his co-team really worked smart, clean, and efficiently. Their work was excellent and you could tell they had great knowledge and skill set. They went above and beyond to replace the piping and even correct bad plumbing jobs from previous issues. They had the hot water pipe re routed and back up in under a day and really made a bad situation much more pleasant. Elite's team that handled the re-surfacing and wall replacement and stucco were also excellent, on time, efficient and very effective, when all was finished it was as if nothing has ever happened with seem-less work. The only thing the team didn't handle was re-painting work , which wasn't a problem. I couldn't be more grateful and happy with Elite's work and Everardo's professionalism and Jorge's work. Thank you so much, they will definitely be our go-to plumbing team for any further needed work.

We noticed our floor was extremely warm in some areas of our home and after some googling we determined the most probable cause was a leak in the hot water pipe. We immediately started making calls to local plumbers who were all too busy to check it out except for Elite Plumbing and Drains. The Elite name is extremely fitting! Jorge Nunez picked up the phone and although he was extremely busy himself he squeezed us in and was a God send. He found the source of the problem and walked us through everything step by step explaining what was going on, our leaky pipes and water heater were replaced the very next day and I've never been more grateful of having running water in our home. Quick and efficient work! The men that came over (sorry i can't recall their names) were very respectful and explained everything that needed to be done. Scheduling service for our semi-emergency was easy and fast-they were able to come out the same day! Our tub spout was leaking and had been dumping water into the ceiling below, so we are very happy they could fix the leak (we did not get the ceiling looked at by them). I don't know average plumbing prices to compare, but i felt what we paid was reasonable for the situation.

Gas was shut off by gas company. Had an appt in two days. I mentioned the gas being off and withing 30 mins I had George here. Our main pipe to the house burst and leaked water all over the street. Elite was prompt to call me back on a Sunday and give me all the information needed to move forward. We scheduled for Monday at 9. Jorge Nunez was my technician and he was informative and professional. He kept me updated through all the steps of the repair. My PVC pipe was replaced with copper and I'm confident it will hold up.
