First off, I decided to save money by digging the main water line myself due to a leak. Everardo showed up to give me an estimate while I was outide digging this trench. Everardo asked if I had any tarps to put my dirt on and I said no. Everardo then asked if I had a pump to pump out the water, I said No. Mind you I have not committed to having Everardo do the work yet as I was still getting other estimates. Everardo went to the back of his van, pulled out a bag of tarps, hand pump and a shopvac and said- ""here you go, Let me know if you decide to go with us, but in the meantime, you're welocme to use the tarps, shopvac and hand pump"". Who does this?! Again, I had not commited to giving the job to Everardo, bet yet he lets me borrow all this stuff that i didn't have; not to mention, I would've had to buy! I myself working for a company that's a service manager provider, I know how important Customer Service is.Everardo did just that and even though I had 2 lower estimates, Everardo won my businees with his display of going above and beyond to earn my business. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing and Drains if you want a company that cares more about thier customers than just making money!

We noticed muddy grass and water seeping out from underneath a sidewalk concrete on our front yard. It turned out, it was leaking from the cracked water service line. After got 3 quotes, we decided to go with Elite Plumbing and Drains. From our conversation we could tell that these guys are professionals! Everardo explained all the possibilities of the work needed. Not only did they come with the best quote, they also saved our cypress tree which other plumbers said it has to go in order for them to do the repair. Everardo and his team cut open the concrete, dug and found the leak. After they repaired the pipe, they patched back our concrete sidewalk neatly! If you need any plumbing work, reach these guys!
