Our skilled team boasts years of experience and all specialists focuses on different facets of HVAC, heating systems, repair services, and plumbing services, yet collaborate closely to deliver our clients, whether large or small, reliable advice and the best quality service on the market!
We are licensed and insured in the state of Florida, Alabama state, and the state of Mississippi. Our offerings encompass everything from emergency calls for air conditioning failures, leak detection, or heating repairs to major commercial, institutional, and healthcare contracts. We offer fair estimates, negotiated services, and design-build services to our partners.

Michael, our owner started his career in the heating and cooling, heating systems, and pipe systems industry at the age of 16, serving in the facilities department at the healthcare facility in Demopolis. He started working with Jennings Service Co. as the Project Manager, overseeing millions of dollars across various states. By 1998, he took on the role of a stockholder and completed his time as Vice-President. By 2004, he joined a mechanical contracting firm in Pensacola, Florida, where he managed the daily operations of the business. At times, he oversaw contracts totaling more than $20 million and supervised a team of 200+ staff members. In the year 2014, Michael founded Elite Mechanical Systems, LLC as a certified mechanical and plumbing contractor in the state of Florida and is licensed to perform work in Alabama and Mississippi.

As a last result, I contact Elite Mechanical System in Pensacola Florida, to see if I could receive any type of help. I have a Severely Autistic 22-year-old son that couldn't understand why the house was so hot and why he had to be confined to parts of the house in order to be cooled by just a floor air conditioner, this was very uncomfortable for him. The owner of Elite Mechanical sent a very loving and kind Technician to do the job, he located the real problem (in which turned out that I didn't need a new system after all) and fixed it with honest and amazing service. As a result, my air is working perfect and the owner of Elite gave me an unbelievable blessing of a discount. May God be with him, his workers and company forever. Alexis A.The pilot light went out on my hot water heater yesterday. I didn't notice it until this morning. I started calling around 10 o'clock. I was given a call back about 1030 letting me know that they will be able to have someone out that day! When the two men arrived, Ben and DJ, they were very professional. They were able to quickly evaluate what was wrong with the hot water heater and they were able to get it to work good enough until the new part gets here and they will come back and finish the job. I was very impressed with the service price and efficiency of this company!
