The pilot light went out on my hot water heater yesterday. I didn't notice it until this morning. I started calling around 10 o'clock. I was given a call back about 1030 letting me know that they will be able to have someone out that day! When the two men arrived, Ben and DJ, they were very professional. They were able to quickly evaluate what was wrong with the hot water heater and they were able to get it to work good enough until the new part gets here and they will come back and finish the job. I was very impressed with the service price and efficiency of this company!

They are a Blessing! My air system stopped producing cool air and I had a company come out to look at it, they told me that I had to get an entirely new system in which I couldn't afford. As a last result, I contact Elite Mechanical System in Pensacola Florida, to see if I could receive any type of help. I have a Severely Autistic 22-year-old son that couldn't understand why the house was so hot and why he had to be confined to parts of the house in order to be cooled by just a floor air conditioner, this was very uncomfortable for him. The owner of Elite Mechanical sent a very loving and kind Technician to do the job, he located the real problem (in which turned out that I didn't need a new system after all) and fixed it with honest and amazing service. As a result, my air is working perfect and the owner of Elite gave me an unbelievable blessing of a discount. May God be with him, his workers and company forever.
