If at first you don't succeed, call Kristian at Elite Drain Solutions. Not being much of a handyman I should have known better than to DIY our leaky toilet. After multiple days, many trips to the hardware store along with countless hours of YouTube videos it was time to call in an expert. Reached out on mighty YELP and Kristian answered the call. He was punctual, personable, and professional. I explained my shortcomings and the ordeal of the situation. He made some suggestions and we set a date for victory. Other companies responded, but each not as personalized. After the beating I took from ""trying to do it myself"", I needed some reassurance that the work would be done right. After all, I now knew something about plumbing... not to do it myself! Work was done efficiently and effectively and unlike other companies that charge for disposal, Kristian cleaned everything up and hauled it away. Fair is fair if you need residential plumbing help, seek out Elite Drain Solutions. This is a new business with a young man hustling to provide for his family by conducting professional service. Tops! Like most - I'm rarely home and available to fix home items. Fortunately Elite Drain solution received my emergency call - I need someone to stabilize a wobbly toilet. Within two hours of my call, a team of experts arrived at my pad and fixed my wobbly toilet and did a full service and replaced the internal components- now smooth sitting and thanks for a speedy and quality repair! If I could give Kristian more than 5 stars I would! He was super easy to communicate with and was always fast with response times. I really appreciate that he was able to squeeze us into his schedule within an hour after calling him since our only shower drain was clogged. We got a quote from another company that came out a few days before him and they wanted to charge $450+. Kristian was the best price around and is super kind on top of it! Once he was here, he fixed my shower in less than 10 minutes. He's definitely going to be the only person I call for this type of work now. 10/10 reach out to him for your needs. Called regarding a leaking water/ice maker early evening. Chatted that he had 3 other jobs that night and would not be able to take this job. Kristian asked for further details, and I stated that I had the shut the whole house and was looking for a temp fix so I can allow water use again and deal with the frig issue another day. He suggested I do this quick fix and it worked!! Kristian also followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. He didn't charge me for his suggested fix.... I'm definitely a loyal customer now. Our shower heads and spout diverters needed to be replaced due to some problems, so we sent out an inquiry about services on Yelp. After a few phone calls, we had initially settled on a few for an estimate, but Kristian was different. He was and very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and personable about the our inquiry compared to the others. He gave us some tips on cost savings and even shared his experiences by relating to what we needed completed. In addition, he offered other tips and educated us on a few things. Kristian completed the job in a couple hours with exemplary clean professional work. I would recommend Elite Drain Solutions on any job you may have at home as you can tell already that after knowing him a bit that he has a great compassion of the work he does. I had to fix a toilet leaking at the base, repair vanity faucet, replace a couple of toilet tank flashing system, replace a shower set (head/handle/faucet). Kristian was prompt and offered to come in on a Sunday. I sent him pictures to help him assess the situation better but he said he needs to see the actual to give an accurate estimate. I was leary about getting ""trapped"" but Kristian was very straightforward and respectful that I didn't feel being obligated. He gave me a quote and I found it very reasonable compared with the other quotes or hourly rates I received from 3-4 others that responded via yelp so I agreed to have it done right there. I also bought the possible parts to make it more efficient (I bought a few and returned to Home Depot those I didn't use). it truly is ""Elite"" and I would recommend Kristian to everyone.
