The best service a woman could ask for. Extremely responsive and helpful. My garbage disposal started to leak late yesterday and the job was completed in less than a 24 turn around. This company had others scheduled today and still managed to squeeze me in. After a string of bad contractors I decided to search Yelp for help. I sent a request that went to multiple companies. This company replied in less than 5 minutes, told me what I needed to replace, where I could get the disposal and sent a picture to me of the correct product just to make sure. Elite arrived earlier than expected and repaired my sink in no time. Payment was easy (everything was automated). Thanks to the nice gentleman who helped me today. It's much appreciated. Don't hesitate to contact this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We really appreciate the great service we had from Elite Drain Solutions. The guy helping us with our toilet replacement spent a lot of time trying to help us find where to shut off our water, walking up and down our steep driveway multiple times, only to have to come back out the next day after he called the water company to temporarily shut off our water. He was very fast, and he did a great job. We will definitely be working with Elite in the future as we will eventually need to replace a second toilet.

Kristian, from Elie Drain Solutions, came to our rescue one night when our garden pipe broke and water was spraying non-stop in our front yard. It was very stressful to see the water spewing out so fast, so I called Elite to see if they could come ASAP. Elite had a lot of other jobs to do that night, but Kristian was kind enough to squeeze us in and save us! The repair took about an hour, and we were relieved to have the emergency resolved the same night. I called Elite Drain Solutions after another plumber suggested hydro-jetting; a service the plumber did not offer. The plumber, Christian from Elite Drain Solutions, arrived at my home on time and did a fantastic job. Even after lengthy conversations explaining the recommendation of the previous plumber, Christian took his time confirming the source of the problem. Once he found the problem he showed me the video of the drain, suggested a solution, executed the solution, and then checked the result with me behind him. This made me feel at ease and left no doubt in my mind that the problem was solved. Christian provided suggestions to prevent this problem from occurring again and suggested plumbing services on my older cast iron pipes that I may want to explore in the future. Lastly, the price was fair and reasonable. There were no surprise fees. Thank goodness I found an honest plumber.

Called regarding a leaking water/ice maker early evening. Chatted that he had 3 other jobs that night and would not be able to take this job. Kristian asked for further details, and I stated that I had the shut the whole house and was looking for a temp fix so I can allow water use again and deal with the frig issue another day. He suggested I do this quick fix and it worked!! Kristian also followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. He didn't charge me for his suggested fix.... I'm definitely a loyal customer now. Best customer care and service I have ever experienced to date!
