Came as scheduled a day after we called to fix a leaky pipe. We thought it would be a bigger job than it was - turned out to be a simple fix and he didn't even want to charge us! He was fast and professional so we hired him for some other plumbing problems that we were having. It was fun talking with him and learning about what he was doing and why. Very transparent and excellent work. We have an old beach house that always needs work so we will definitely use him again.

Kristian, from Elie Drain Solutions, came to our rescue one night when our garden pipe broke and water was spraying non-stop in our front yard. It was very stressful to see the water spewing out so fast, so I called Elite to see if they could come ASAP. Elite had a lot of other jobs to do that night, but Kristian was kind enough to squeeze us in and save us! The repair took about an hour, and we were relieved to have the emergency resolved the same night. Kristian was kind, courteous, and efficient, and I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a dependable plumber. Thank you, Elite, for your fantastic service!

So glad to write this five star review because I received 5 star service. I needed a plumber at 9pm for a two bathroom clogged bath drain backing up. Looked on Yelp for 24-hour/emergency plumber and found Elite Drain Solutions in Kaneohe, my home location. Business owner Kristian answered right away, asked a few questions and said he would be on his way shortly. Upon arrival, Kristian got right to work. Wrench, extension cord, power auger, video display with camera, water hose and knowledge. Kristian had all the equipment and he knew exactly what he was doing. I was most impressed with the camera and video monitor (and this camera was his backup!) as Kristian showed me exactly what was the issue. In a short time he had the blocked drain cleared, plastic piece removed, and problem solved! The best part, the bill was very reasonable compared to other after hour plumbers! Tops! Like most - I'm rarely home and available to fix home items. Fortunately Elite Drain solution received my emergency call - I need someone to stabilize a wobbly toilet.
