We had a major emergency with sewage coming up into the house. Elan came over as quickly as he could, called in two different other people to help with the very thorny clog, and tried to make sure the place stayed as clean as possible given the circumstances. He solved our problem and then tried to low-ball his rate.

It was just luck that we called him because he was the person who could get here the fastest, but we ended up finding a plumber I would trust for any future problems.

My elderly parents needed their kitchen faucet replaced and had someone else out first that quoted nearly $800. Luckily they realized they were being taken advantage of and did not go forward. They asked me to try to find someone to call. I was lucky enough to come across Elan. He was friendly and sympathetic on the phone. Since he was in the area he offered to come within 15 minutes to give a free estimate. He arrived on time and offered a much lower price. He was very transparent that he would not add any costs to the actual faucet; only for labor. We selected the faucet and he left to purchase it. He came back and installed with great efficiency. After completing that task he was kind enough to address a problem my mother showed him with the toilet- resolving that and preventing further water loss from an existing issue. He did both repairs for $550. Elan proved to be a great find. He is reliable, professional, kind, and an absolute gentleman .

I called Elan this past Monday to fix my leaking kitchen faucet. I texted him a picture of my faucet and asked him to purchase a similar one as replacement. He quoted me a labor charge and made an appointment for next day 8am.

Elan showed up at 8am the next day, and right away I was impressed by his punctuality, as I've never had serviceman showing up on time. He then diagnosed my plumbing system and replaced my faucet and serviced all connected plumbing perfectly. Now my under sink space is clean and dry.

He charged me exactly as he quoted, and even gave me the faucet receipt in case we don't like the one he bought and need to get another faucet. As an engineer and a college professor, I am very impressed with his professionalism and workmanship. This is the first time I used his service, but Elan is now my go to guy if I need any plumbing work done in my house or my other rental properties.
