my restaurant kitchen drain was backing up and Elan answered his phone, came right over and inspected and rotor rooted the drain. It needed more so he arranged for hydro jetting and had a crew there within 2 hours. In the meantime he loaned us a pump. Everything got repaired and my business was not disrupted.
