The provided us with detailed cost estimates and patiently answered all of our technical questions. All of the work was started and completed on time, and they took care of all of the paperwork that the City of Pinole required for its permit process. Just completed an epic project. Daniel is a gem as is the entire team. Scott was fully transparent in walking through the competitive bid and provided excellent communication about the permitting process. Getting a replacement sewer line was a bit stressful (self imposed) but Daniel was patient throughout in explaining the process. The job was completed very quickly and the company shared a link to the video of the camera inspection. The crew cleaned up well and it was hard to know the entire line was replaced.
