Called them about a leakage issue and a banging noise in pipes.
They charged 40$ service fee for showing up and basically telling me that they will need to charge me an additional 230-250$ fee for someone to go down in the crawl space and investigate the issue. I had 5-6 other plumbers go to the crawl space and get me pictures and quotes for free. Two stars for being responsive on yelp and showing up for the appointment.

Really happy with EJ home service, they replaced our hot water heater and shower trim kit. The technicians are knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Job well done!

I also really like their appointment booking and confirmation process, notifications of technician arrival ETA, and introduction of technician via iMessage.

I am so shocked that, EJ home customer service is incredibly horrible. They broke my brand new garbage disposal under the sink when they installing my hot drinking water system and they refused to fix it unless I pay for the new service which they should full responsible for it . And when I was on the phone with the manager, she was so rude and unhelpful, and at the end, she just cut the phone on me during the conversation. This is very unprofessional and they have no sense of responsibility, ethics and integrity.
