Thank goodness I found EJ Plumbing. Every time my husband or I used our master bath or shower, a small wet spot would appear on our carpeted floor. I knew it was an internal problem since nothing was dripping directly on the floor. I called EJ Plumbing. Every step from explaining the problem and scheduling an appointment, via phone, with Melissa, to the problem being diagnosed, the work being done and receiving the final invoice was an absolute positive experience. Ryan Kennedy was the first technician to arrive. He diagnosed the problem, scheduled the actually work to be done, and wrote up the final invoice. His service was outstanding. He treated my husband and myself like we were his family - no exaggeration! Santiago and Angel Jorge did the actually work and they too were outstanding. They even figured out a way to correct the problem without having to break up my wall which was pure genius if you ask me since others in the past said it couldn't be done. They did a fantastic job. They were all very professional, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. Ryan, although he had been called to another job, still made sure he followed up with us. He keep us posted as to who was coming and what was going to be done. He even stopped by to make sure all was great. I don't know where you find that kind of service anymore!!! EJ Plumbing has my very highest recommendation. My husband and I are most appreciative. Thank you!

I thought my water heater was leaking into the shared wall with my powder room. EJ Plumbing came out very quickly and found a corroded pipe in my bathroom instead. They gave me several options for repair, were fair in negotiating pricing, and they did a phenomenal job being extra careful with cuts in the walls and floor. Long story short, I decided on a full copper repiping job plus a new water heater since my old one had lived past it's expected life span. All the technicians EJ Plumbing sent were very hard workers. They patched things up very well, and went above and beyond in keeping me aware of what was going on at all times, as well as keeping very tidy since I was working from and living in my house while the work was being done. Shout out to Ryan who managed my project, and Manny, Edgar, Santiago, Polo, and Mario for their diligent and quality work!! (There were probably others whose names I didn't get, but not a bad one in the bunch.)

Our kitchen sink's clogged, and Ryan came to help us fix the leak, and also thoroughly explained to us what was happening here and how we could prevent that from happening again in the future.

My water heater stopped working. Booked an appointment online last night (after hours), which was fast and easy; and I chose a 4 hour window the next day. Got a text this morning, confirming they'd come ... then a call and another text saying exactly when they'd arrive. Our technician (Ben) was knowledgeable, professional and patient, and explained our options clearly and articulately. New water heater installation was done in maybe 2-2.5 hours total. Recommend EJ Plumbing -- will use again, as plumbing needs arise.

We needed to have a new kitchen ice/water line installed before we could have our new refrigerator delivered. The receptionist staff were friendly and they were able to have their technician come out the same day. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to replace and fix the water line. I would definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing

Fast, professional, clean, explained things simply and completely. Ben was fantastic. We have used EJ Plumbing for multiple projects. Worth the slightly higher price point than hiring someone from Lowe's or Home Depot to do a kitchen faucet installation.

Isaac Jimenez has been out several times and fixed a long term sewer problem. He was honest (unlike another firm), professional, knowledgeable, and fair priced. I recommend him with 10 out of 5 stars!!! His extensive knowledge allowed him to fix a complex problem!
