After months--even a year or so of procrastinating, we finally called Ehret to fix a dripping faucet, two toilets that would phantom flush, and move an out of the way outdoor faucet to a more accessible spot, we finally called Ehret. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and knowledgable. Marvelous Marvin gave us a very reasonable estimate in the afternoon and did the work the following day. He was a pleasure to have in the house. He didn't try to upsell me with my faucet moving job. In two hours the jobs were done, no mess, no fuss. I couldn't be more pleased.

My main toilet kept running for too long after flushing. The bath tub seemed to be slow in emptying. Ehret was willing to come the same day, but I made an appointment for 2 days later. I'd first used this company a last year when it was a serious problem and on a Sunday! No problem, a plumber came and made a temporary fix so that we'd have running water until the following Tuesday. The repair was completed with no problem and I made another appointment for draining the water heater and fixing the faucet on the kitchen sink. Marvin came again this latest time and even remembered to come to a side door rather than the front entrance. He and his trainee/apprentice were very quickly able to take care of my plumbing issues and for a very good price. Both are polite and professional, very welcome traits! Ehret is well-known in my neighborhood for its effectiveness and service. As a long-time customer,
a neighbor recommended Ehret and I'm glad she did!

Thank you Ehret Plumbing for being very thorough as I shop around different plumbing company to get my sewer lateral done at my home. I appreciate the explanation as I don't know much about plumbing and didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of.
Anyways, I highly recommend Ehret Plumbing to take care of your plumbing issues.

Had an emergency at home with my water heater, it was leaking water profusely. Called Ehret and made an appointment for a technician to come out ASAP. While on the phone making the appointment, the dispatcher guided me on how to shut off the water and what other safety measures to take. The technicians came out and explained what was wrong with the tank. A friend of mine whose a man of the trade corroborated the story. They provided several options for water heaters and did not pressure sell me anything. They changed out the water heater for a great deal. I'm happy with the work they did. I would definitely use them again and definitely refer them to my family and friends.

After shopping around for a couple of weeks I used Ehret for the first time in Feb 2019 to remodel my master bathroom. They did the job for a very reasonable price in comparison to other quotes that I received. In the process of remodeling the bathroom (during the demolition stage) the guys pointed out the mold that was all over the wood that was underneath the old tile floor. Thankfully they made me aware of the problem and fixed it instead of building on top of the ruined wood floor. The bathroom turned out better than I was hoping for, Ehret did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom including plumbing and replacing all of the water damage wood floor. Highly recommend them for remodels.

My 2020 began with plumbing problems. My toilet got clogged so I tried to unclogged it myself but nothing I did worked. After my pleasant experience with Ehret almost a year ago, I decided to use them for my clogged toilet (I also went with them because the quote was good). I called late in the day and they gave me the option of getting service after hours which was going to be a little extra or to make an appointment for the following day. I went with the next day service. When Marvin showed up he asked what the problem was. He went back out to his truck and within minutes of him working on the toilet the problem was fix (I tried unclogging that thing for over 20 minutes). He cleaned the water around the toilet and floor and was out the door in no time. He made a few recommendations to try and avoid future problems with my toilets, shower drains, and sinks. Once again my personal experience with this company was good and I definitely recommend Ehret!

Give them a call! About a week ago, I called Ehret and was able to get a same day appointment for a free estimate to replace my water heater. The price was great and affordable ... best part, I was able to get my water heater replaced the same day!

Marvin was fast, knowledgeable, and very patient with any questions that I had. It's hard to find people that actually listen instead of blowing me off.

I will definitely be using them for any future services!

Had a leak for weeks now had to go through 3 companies and spend a lot of money with no fix. Thankful Ehret fixed the problem and came the same day I called in. Punctual and helpful! Thanks for solving this problem apparently no one else could!! Definitely on my call list!

This has been a disaster. Run 100 miles an hour in the opposite direction from this plumber. Incompetence reins throughout. It took one month
for my water heater to be fixed. Heater under warranty. I am still waiting for the credit for the part. I have had to call since December regarding this. Calls do not get returned. Three months later and they still have not paid me. They are holding my money. I won't bore you with the details of the incompetence in the actual plumbing work. All that needed to happen was a replacement piece needed to be ordered. I was told it had been. It
hadn't. I had to trouble shoot and call around bay area, sacramento and headquarters of water heater to find out what had happened and move it along. Disaster. Do not use them. Totally incompetent.

5 stars for the service at Ehret. 4 stars for the work. Our water heater needed 2 days to install because of an error on their end. But I need to commend the staff. Every phone call was followed up in a timely manner and the workers were pleasant and helpful and professional. I would use them again.
