Give them a call! About a week ago, I called Ehret and was able to get a same day appointment for a free estimate to replace my water heater. The price was great and affordable ... best part, I was able to get my water heater replaced the same day!

Marvin was fast, knowledgeable, and very patient with any questions that I had. It's hard to find people that actually listen instead of blowing me off.

I will definitely be using them for any future services!

Had a leak for weeks now had to go through 3 companies and spend a lot of money with no fix. Thankful Ehret fixed the problem and came the same day I called in. Punctual and helpful! Thanks for solving this problem apparently no one else could!! Definitely on my call list!

This has been a disaster. Run 100 miles an hour in the opposite direction from this plumber. Incompetence reins throughout. It took one month
for my water heater to be fixed. Heater under warranty. I am still waiting for the credit for the part. I have had to call since December regarding this. Calls do not get returned. Three months later and they still have not paid me. They are holding my money. I won't bore you with the details of the incompetence in the actual plumbing work. All that needed to happen was a replacement piece needed to be ordered. I was told it had been. It
hadn't. I had to trouble shoot and call around bay area, sacramento and headquarters of water heater to find out what had happened and move it along. Disaster. Do not use them. Totally incompetent.

5 stars for the service at Ehret. 4 stars for the work. Our water heater needed 2 days to install because of an error on their end. But I need to commend the staff. Every phone call was followed up in a timely manner and the workers were pleasant and helpful and professional. I would use them again.

Recently Had Ehret out to replace a large 8 inch storm drain that runs through our property . The estimate came in at less than other local plumbing companies! and I could see that the work was challenging as the trench had to be dug by hand. The crew finished the job on time and did a great job of cleaning up and putting everything back together , even replanted a small tree I moved out of the way.
Also , they were patient with all of my questions during the job.

I wish yelp offered a no star option. My property management has contracted this plumbing company, what a mistake. My toilet was clogged and over flowing. Ehret came out 3days later to fix the problem. Only to be told they are going to order a new toilet. That took another week . So I was without a toilet for a week and a half . They set an appointment time that never happen according to the lady on the phone ,who set the appointment in the first place, they don't schedule appointments between 7am-8am. Something as simple as replacing a toilet took a week an a half.

I'm a DIYer but i don't know how to solder. I needed a small job done connecting old galvanized to the two handle shower manifold. Gary came within an hour of my calling the office. He was great. I understand plumbing basics. He was more than willing to discuss the process and observe him work. Made a good watertight seal that I don't have to worry about. Very reasonable price (probably a little cheaper because I already had the wall open). Thank you!

I called Ehret because our furnace wasn't working. Josh came out at 8 pm at night, as promised. He was polite, communicative, and very efficient. And really a nice guy. He showed us exactly what had happened and fixed the problem. He is terrific, and Ehret is great for having him on their staff.

Don't use these crooks! They'll over charge you, break your stuff and won't fix it. They came to move our water tank and we had hot water before but now we don't and they won't fix it saying they didn't think it was a big deal.
