Update: Had this company out a second time, and again was very happy with their service. They were on time, polite, and willing to talk about what they were doing with me when I showed an interest. They even gave me a few tips to try on my slow drains, which I was not having them address.

I would give them a 4.5 if I could, but ended up taking off one star because they were not able to get the touch sensitivity working on my Delta ""Touch-on, touch-off"" sink again. The problem I called them out to fix was related to low water pressure in that faucet, and they were able to help with that. They even told me ahead of time that the touch technology was not their area of expertise, and spent quite a long time fiddling with it in an attempt to make it work, but in the end they were not able to get the touch interface working again. Oh well, I'm so happy that there's water coming out of the sink again, I don't really care and I eventually told them so.

Efficient plumbing was great. Had an outdoor water main leak near the connection to the house. I called Efficient Plumbing, they contacted me promptly and was able to send out a plumber within 2 hours. Hector, the plumber was on time and able to diagnose and fix the leak in a timely manner; at a reasonable price. If I need a plumber in the future I will definitely contact Efficient Plumbing.
