Outstanding service!

I was having toilet trouble last week and called about 6 people, Mark got back to me right away, I asked him for an estimate and he told me to take a picture and send it to him via text. I did just that, and he called me back within 5 minutes and said it was an easy fix and that he could just tell me how to fix it over the phone! He was right on the money, it worked like a charm, and the best of all, it was FREE!!!

He also said if there is still problems to call him and he gave me a very reasonable quote.

Highly recommended, professional, friendly, efficient is the right word!!!

Called Mark thanks to the reviews here on Yelp and out of three he was the only one who gave me a time not a range of time. Scheduled him to come fix a dishwasher leak through the air vent of our recently purchased home.

Excellent communication (compared to other contractors we've contacted for our new home):

Due to a business meeting I never saw his call letting me know he'd be about 30 minutes late and didn't see the message until I arrived at our new home 5 minutes before our scheduled time. On his voicemail he said, ""Please call me to let me know you got this.""

I called him immediately and he said they finished earlier and would be there about 5 minutes late.

Efficient is not just a name, repair was quick:

Mark came in fixed the problem, gave me a couple quotes on some other items we want to fix in the near future and was done.

Given the quotes I've seen, this was very reasonable.

Our refrigerator water shut-off valve was corroded shut. Mark responded to my call the next day, 8/24/2011, which was fine for a non-emergency. He provided an estimate and repair process description before arriving (on time). He and his assistant Chris worked efficiently together as a team. They were very courteous and wore their booties. They brought all the parts and supplies with them, replaced several parts requiring a solder connection, cleaned up nicely and completed the job in less than an hour. The final invoice was exactly what Mark estimated, a fair cost for all the work and expertise he provided, which included cutting into and patching the wallboard. I will absolutely call Mark again for our plumbing projects.

The business name says it all! I have had a leaking exterior spigot and was dreading dealing with a sloppy or expensive plumber. I did my research on yelp last night, called Mark first thing this morning and sent him a pic. Luckily I had the forethought to take a pic on my way out the door. He got back with me right away and said he could come out this afternoon. Mark and his team are very professional and get the job done! Highly recommended.

I looked on yelp.com and was impressed with the reviews for Efficient Plumbing. Mark called back very quickly upon my leaving a message regarding my clogged kitchen sink. He was able to schedule an appt for that same day and took care of the problem professionally, courteously and for the price originally quoted. We appreciate all those qualities a great deal and will definitely use Efficient for any future needs.

Mark was great, showed up on time after a phone call to let me know he was running late. $150 to repair a leaking shower. Replaced a Delta valve. Not sure if this price is good or not, but it was worth it to me. He gave great advice about a sink and a toilet and was a pleasure to deal with. I would use them again and refer to friends.

Fantastic service! They were very friendly and did a great job. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I was treated very poorly by another plumbing company (Mr. Handyman of Southeast Orange County) when I was attempting to have my dishwasher fixed. They told me they couldn't help me because the service wouldn't cost enough and therefore wouldn't be ""worth it"" to them. Feeling dejected, I made a call to Mark at Efficient Plumbing after seeing the positive reviews on Yelp. To my delight Mark didn't even hesitate when I told him the job and showed up that afternoon to help!
