It's normal to be skeptical of all these positive reviews and unheard of to find an honest plumber, but Mark is legit. I told him what my issue was, and not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, but I DON'T need any work done! I could have easily been conned by someone but instead I'm always going to keep Efficient Plumbing in mind when I need future work done!

We have had so much work done on our home related to water and plumbing in the past year and not by choice. Anyways, after a string of insurance company and other contractor plumbers who continually were flakey and incompetent; I came on yelp and found Mark. I cannot say enough good things about him. Responsive, honest, helpful, kind and fixed every wrong thing every other plumber did at amazing rates. In fact, we had a problem with an expensive valve and his first trip out he showed me that I had in fact been sent the wrong part...I had to acquire the correct part and have him come back out - that second trip was about a 15 minute visit to make the repair and he refused to take our money on the second trip. I just have not come across too many people in the service industry as responsive, competent, and honest that do such high quality work. I have never given a review on yelp before - so he was so good, he got me to do this yelp review thing!!

Mark runs this business really well and I could tell that he does what he can for his customers. He also supports his guys on the field which is always a good sign that a business owner is caring and reasonable.

Chris came to answer our call for a broken/leaky sink this morning but didn't have a part that was needed. The part isn't typically carried in their trucks because it's rare that they need it. Mark came shortly after with the part and finished the job. I think they did the job efficiently and for a really fair price. It was also really easy to communicate with Mark through text.

Both Mark and Chris were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!

Tip: Pay with either cash or check. I knew this because of the yelp reviews and I confirmed with Mark when I spoke on the phone with him. They accept credit cards as well but there's a fee.

I called Efficient Plumbing this morning, after another company failed to follow-up as they had said they would do. Mark (the owner) and Chris just left and they were wonderful. Mark responded immeditately to my call this morning by text, was able to be here in a few hours, and solved my drain issue and a hot water faucet problem quickly. Mark also pointed out another potential problem that I had already been aware of but hadn't dealt with and gave me a reduced rate on fixing that too. They were very professional and personable and had a very fair rate. I will keep their number handy for any future plumbing needs!

Mark is great-had a Price Pfister cartridge that was broken off and stuck inside my bathtub faucet. Called Mark at 9am and then texted him at 9:10-he texted me back and came out at 11. I described my issue and he promised me it would take less then 1 hr and be no more than $95.......it did not take that long and he actually gave me a discount. Mark's my new ""honest abe"" plumber!!

I called Efficient Plumbing when it was time to sell my condo since i had a sink that was slowly clogging. He was on time, friendly, and professional and after he was done I could tell this sink would not be having clogging problems again for a loooong time.
""A sink unclogging"" I hear you asking? ""why would that deserve 5 stars?"". Well the first time the sink clogged we went through the home warranty company and the guy they sent out was a joke. Not only was he not able to completely unblock my sink, he wanted to upsell me on ripping out my cabinets and replacing the clogged piece of pipe... so thousands of dollars to do what Efficient Plumbing was able to do in 30 minutes?
So yes, 5 stars for being on time, professional, and competent. I'll be calling Efficient Plumbing in the future whether or not the job is small or big. I feel like i've found the elusive ""honest"" tradesman. You know, like the honest mechanic that is so hard to find.
