Company Overview

Founded in 1948, Edwards Plumbing & Heating is a family-run, full-service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning business located in Montgomery, Alabama. We provide extensive design, installation, and maintenance solutions for plumbing and air conditioning. Our organization includes several departments, like heating and cooling, and service and hardware. Our workforce consists of more than 75 experienced staff members, supported by a fleet of over 45 vehicles, ready to assist our clients. Our service agreements include comprehensive inspections for both summer and winter seasons. Our selection includes multiple gas furnace models, such as builder, upgrade, and leadership types. Furthermore, we provide various package units, including heat pumps and both gas and electric options.

For more than 52 years, we have been dedicated to serving the Montgomery area, providing timely, reliable, and expert service to thousands of happy customers. We started as a plumbing and hardware business, and many of our customers recall our former site on Mt. Meigs Road. In 1964, we transitioned to our current facility on Jean Street. In 1959, we established a heating and cooling division, and by 1963, we had closed the hardware department.

Initially, our focus was on new construction, but over time, new homeowners started contacting us when they encountered problems. Furthermore, many of our new heating and cooling customers reached out to us for system replacements or upgrades as they became necessary. Consequently, our service department was formed.
