Company Overview

Our company, Edwards Plumbing & Heating, founded in 1948 and based in Montgomery, Ala., is a family-owned business that offers comprehensive plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. We offer a broad range of services for design, installation, and upkeep in plumbing and air conditioning.

Our company has various divisions, such as the heating and cooling department and service and hardware departments. We employ over 75 dedicated employees and maintain a fleet of more than 45 vehicles. Edwards Plumbing & Heating offers a selection of maintenance agreements that include thorough summer and winter check-up services.

We supply several models of gas furnaces, including basic, enhanced, and premium models. Additionally, we have a range of packaged systems, such as heat pump units, and gas and electric models.

For more than half a century, Edwards Plumbing & Heating has consistently been serving the Montgomery area, delivering quick, dependable, and professional service to numerous pleased customers. At first, we began as a plumbing and hardware business, and many of our customers frequented our old location on Mount Meigs Road. In 1964, we relocated to our current location on Jean Street. In the year 1959, we established a heating and cooling department, and the hardware division was phased out in the year 1963.

In the early years of our company, we focused solely on new builds, but as time passed, our new homeowners began to call us whenever they encountered problems. Additionally, many of our new heating and cooling customers reached out to replace or upgrade their equipment once the need occurred. Thus, our maintenance division was created.
