Company Overview

Since 1948, Edwards Plumbing & Heating has been a family-owned, all-inclusive plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service provider in Montgomery, Alabama. We provide extensive design, installation, and maintenance solutions for plumbing and air conditioning. Our organization includes several departments, like heating and cooling, and service and hardware. Our workforce consists of more than 75 experienced staff members, supported by a fleet of over 45 vehicles, ready to assist our clients. We offer various service agreements that include detailed summer and winter check-up services. Our selection includes multiple gas furnace models, such as builder, upgrade, and leadership types. Additionally, we offer an assortment of package units, including heat pumps and both gas and electric units.

For over 52 years, Edwards Plumbing & Heating has proudly served the Montgomery community, delivering prompt, dependable, and professional service to countless satisfied clients. We started as a plumbing and hardware business, and many of our customers recall our former site on Mt. Meigs Road. We moved to our present location on Jean Street in 1964. A heating and cooling division was introduced in 1959, and the hardware department was phased out in 1963.

At the beginning, we specialized in new construction, but as time went on, new homeowners began to call us for help with their plumbing issues. Moreover, many of our new heating and cooling clients sought our services to replace or upgrade their systems as the need arose. Consequently, our service department was formed.
