Edwards staff was professional, communicated very well, and performed a quality job repairing stucco, doing more than the original estimate asked for. I thought they were also expensive but they were up front and there were no surprises. They adjusted their schedule to align with mine, they were timely, courteous, explained their work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Yes, I would use Edwards again.

Great service at a great price. Peter is who did the work and he was very professional and did a great job. If you need a handyman company this is the place to call. I called another company as well and they were 3 times more expensive and it took them 4 days to get me a quote. Peter from Edwards Enterprises was at my house the next day and the job was completed the same day. They did not go over on the time it was exactly what they said it would cost (no added fees or time at all) .

The representative tech was professional and knowledgeable. He figured out a work-around to the catch on the fan pull string and now all works well. He was clean and kept a well-maintained work area. I thought him to be quite conscientious and kind.

In order to find a company in the area that did a small job like fixing a fan that was installed, I used the Internet and only came up with Edward's. I didn't know at the time that they were also a Handyman service, and general contractor. I will absolutely use them for future handyman tasks.

And...their prices are VERY reasonable!

My usual ""guy"" that helps patch my aging sprinkler system wasn't available so I Yelp'd sprinkler repair and a few names came up. After reviewing the, uh, reviews, Edwards Enterprises appeared to be the local favorite. Lee at Edwards was able to provide an appointment the next day. Peter from Edwards showed up at the appointed time. I had thought my problem was a broken water pipe but in reality Peter diagnosed that it was a broken valve seal. Instead of a cost of hundreds of dollars to dig and repair the cost was just a fraction of that. This type of work was reflected in the Yelp postings I read and I was impressed that a rep from Edwards (the owner?) regularly responded to posts on Yelp. Guess what? Edwards is now my ""go to"" for all my GC work. I will refer them to my friends and family. Well done EE. Well done Peter.

What a great experience! As part of an escrow, we needed to repair a 15 foot wide area of deteriorating stucco on our home. The buyers/agent are extremely meticulous and we needed the job to look almost perfect. The gentleman that came out was ALWAYS on time (to the minute, 4 out of 4 times) and very professional. He was polite and hard working. He worked quickly and neatly. The first attempt was thorough, but the patch was too flat in texture. We imagined it would be difficult to fill in stucco on a job that was probably originally sprayed on by a large machine. We spoke to the owner, who had excellent customer service skills, and he said that they stand behind their work and wanted it to look right for us and the buyers. He agreed to attempt it again- FREE of charge. Within the week, the wall was retextured with a new tool/technique and now it looks PERFECT. What a super job and experience with this company- and what a huge $$ savings for us!! Thank you EE!!

I called Edwards Enterprises first thing in the morning after realizing my water heater wasn't working. They had a technician out to my house by early afternoon. The technician, Rob, was courteous, clean and very conscientious. He started by trying to clean the area that wasn't working to see if it could be fixed that way. Unfortunately, we needed a new thermocouple. He took out our old one and replaced it with a new one taking care to keep the area he was working in, the only hallway in our small condo, neat as he worked. He also answered many questions by my very inquisitive daughter, with patience and humor. Once the part was installed he stayed until we had hot water and he could be sure he had completed the job. They were very reasonably priced for a same day fix. I would gladly refer Edward Enterprises to any of my family or friends!

Very happy with the service they provided. I had a previous shady contractor attempt to install larger gable vents for my whole house fan to have enough air flow. They did a hack job by installing retro fit vents prior to applying the proper Stucco coating first. Edwards sent out 2 guys who redid the install very nice. I would call them again. Worth checking them out for those odd jobs that are a bit much for the do it yourself type but not big enough for a crew. Very professional.

Robert, the technician, was very competent, efficient, resourceful and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.
