I needed my front door repaired and was looking for places to do it. Not having much luck until I came across Edwards Enterprises. The reviews of this company seems to speak for themselves. Now I wasn't fan about the $99 consultation fee for someone to come out for 5 minutes to examine to door is extortion but I did infact needed to get the door fixed so I agreed. The technician showed up promptly and examined as expected. He did have a plan while inspecting and was knowledgable to his craft so there was no question to go with any other company. The day of project, I was windowed with a time 9-11am. Perfect for me to move my meeting to the later afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't get contacted from the technician till 15 minutes after 11:00 am saying he was coming from Santa Barabra from a job that took longer than expected. He also had to pick up another technician from Oxnard. I like to be forgiving if late meaning no more than 10 minutes but they did not arrive until 1:30pm. Seriously? Over 2 hours late and so I had to then move meeting over to the next day because of a window in possible to make since i live in the Thousand Oaks area. Luckily, they got to work and it didn't take too long to get everything in place and fixed. To be fair, the technicians did do a good job and the door was able to close so much better. The dead bolt sometimes gets stuck a bit but does lock. At the end of the day, it was good work but with the dead bolt sticking at times, could have been better. When I sent an email to Gabe, who ""handles customer relations"" didn't handle my situation with much care at all. In fact, he sends an email about the work that was done at my residence and not about the feedback I send the day of. When mentioning it, it took over an hour for a response and a general excuse in talking with their techicians about the ""importances of communication of job delays"". Which is always crock just so that way to can avoid of any compensation or discount. I work for the hospitality industry and know how valueable it is to retain customer relations and loyalty. I feel its fair up to 15 minutes late somewhere as long as the customer knows ahead of time is more than resonable but over 2 hours? unacceptable. As always after sending a reponsing email, I was blown off so thats fine. I know that Edwards Enterprises is not worth for any of the services especially for $99 consultation fee. Do yourself a favor and do more research to before you make a decision on what company is right for you to do any type of repair or remodeling to your house.

Finally found my one-stop shop, experts in all fields and honest!
After spending thousands of dollars and wasted time on other companies, Edward's came into my home to repair previously shoddy drywall, plaster and painting from another contractor. Great find!

I needed to have the stucco on the front of my house repaired and painted. Inquired with a few companies but were told the job was too small. Whole house or nothing. Then I called Edward's Enterprises.

They came out within a few days and gave me an estimate which I accepted. They then took a deposit and scheduled the work to be done at the next available slot.

Ben and Robert came out and did an amazing job! Filled in the cracks (and in some places holes) with new stucco. Had the paint matched to the rest of the house and finished the job. Looks brand new!

Will now be using them to repaint the window frames and replace the old sills and paint them also. So glad I called!

Seeking Custom Service Contractors to apply a stylish finish of various flat-screen mounts.Cords exposed and drywall damage from original installers was unacceptable. After exploring multiple Contractors, was most impressed from the initial call into Edward's Enterprises. Then there was the consultation visit to assess work and the thorough explanation of repair need.
The service itself was equal to the high standard exhibited to that point.
Couldn't have been more comfortable and confident in our choice and will be using Edward's Enterprises going forward.
They are second to none in service, pricing, quality and experience.
Would endorse and recommend to anyone looking for Contractor services.

I have never had such a negative experience with a vendor of any sort, on any project, ever. I don't know where to begin. Perhaps noting that a crew arrived to do a ""water leak"" test, without the equipment one expects to see, when checking for a pipe that's compromised, is where I ought to stop this review. This is not the first time I've ever had a leak more than fifty years of home ownership. The ""plumber?"" stuffed a plastic bag down my drain, ran the water, pulled the bag out, and announced that he has ""no idea"" where the leak is. What happened next is unspeakable, but I urge people to STAY AWAY from this company. There's more, and I will update this review - though I can't give lower than zero - when I finish my current dealings with higher government authorities. What happened is inexcusable.

They designed and installed a complex doggie door to my exact specifications and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. A professional company from start to finish. I will definitely consider them for other house projects whenever needed. Great customer service and follow up.

Based on my experience, I can not recommend Edward's Enterprises. I needed the dry rot on a window fascia board replaced, the front door adjusted and a mirror hung. The last two items were done to my satisfaction. The fascia board replacement was partially completed. The estimate to complete the task cost more than the original estimate for all three items. Needless to say, I did not accept their estimate to complete the job.
