I bought a new house and found that the 19 year old water heater could not be removed as it was stuck behind the A/C in the garage closet. I called E.D.S. and they sent someone out immediately. I already had some p[lumbers out and E.D.S. quoted a fair price and had them start the job the next day. Paul, who is great, came out did his work exceedingly well and was conscientious to make sure that everything was right. I have been in Florida 40 years and had many plumbers and scam artists come and go (for instance Art's Plumbing who is well known and big but are rude and untrustworthy) and E.D.S. is the real thing. Delivered exactly what they promised in a fair and timely manner. If you have a choice always ask for Paul.

I was so impressed with Sean and his customer service. He acted as though he had all the time in the world and explained every option available before he did anything. He also sold us the service plan, which we had no intention of purchasing prior to him coming to service our AC. If you are in need of AC work, at least give Sean a chance before going with another company.

Great office staff, prompt response, showed up when promised with a call ahead as promised. Technician was polite, he even brought in my newspaper! My system is running better than ever! Price for service was more than fair given the fact that it's fixed, running like new!

Hot water heater was not working this morning; called EDS and within the half hour someone was here (they send you a text with your techs name and picture so you know who you will be working with). My tech Richie came and new what was the problem right away. He even showed me how I can check the switch myself next time. Really courteous service from Katherine in the office who booked my call to the tech for being so prompt. Happy to use them again. As a new home owner this really was a breeze.

Great air conditioning company. Have been with them for years always come out where you need them. Office staff is extremely friendly and will to work with to get appointments set up. They don't try and sell you stuff that you don't need like of A/C companies. There service packages to maintain your units are great. I would highly recommend

I was incredibly impressed with Peter from E.D.S. I was given an appointment window of 11a-2pm, and Peter was there at 10:55am. He was very helpful. He was able to get a team out to my house on Saturday morning, instead of our agreed upon Wednesday. I sent him an email at 1130pm, and when I woke up the next day, he had already emailed me 3 times, letting me know he would get the team out there Saturday. Customer Service like that is few and far in-between. Thank you Peter!

We knew our air conditioning system was aging out when we called for an estimate and an evaluation of what was best suited for our house. EDS did not disappoint us, they had Don at our home the next day to evaluate and price out a worthwhile system without going to the top of the line (though they did offer it if I had wanted it). Two days later Aron and Bryan arrived at 8 a.m. to remove the old system and install the new system, test it, and make sure that everything was left clean and spotless at the end of the job; all in the same day. I recommend EDS to anyone requesting service, repair, or new installs.

I had water forming on the air-conditioning room air vent out let and the humidity seemed high. Donna was very helpful in finding all my records and putting me in touch with the service rep Raymond who came round that same day. He said the fan motor should be running faster and the increased ventilation would cure the condensation and air circulation problems. He made the necessary adjustment. He was right. He also cleaned the inside of my air-handler and gave me tips on how to clean it and how often it should be done. The bill was higher than I expected but the quality was there.
