E.D.S. was only company that finally offered us suggestions and followed up with a solution to our HOT part of house. Sean Caplan was phenomenal and took his time and sent us several quotes/options. His crew was at our home well after 9:00pm first day and back again, bright and early, next day to finish job. Job consisted of some new duct work, new returns, new vents, new system inside/out. HIGHLY recommend E.D.S. for your a/c needs!

I have had EDS for years. The one issue I have had is that they partially fix things. I had a new unit installed about 5 years ago by them. It was not manufactured correctly which came up in the install. Since than they are constantly out here fixing it at all hours. 5 months ago they spent 8 hours fixing it and cleaning it do to the poor install. Just recently there was a small hole in the part they fixed and I had to pay over $800.00 for a new part. Not happy at all right now with them.

We knew our air conditioning system was aging out when we called for an estimate and an evaluation of what was best suited for our house. EDS did not disappoint us, they had Don at our home the next day to evaluate and price out a worthwhile system without going to the top of the line (though they did offer it if I had wanted it). Two days later Aron and Bryan arrived at 8 a.m. to remove the old system and install the new system, test it, and make sure that everything was left clean and spotless at the end of the job; all in the same day. I recommend EDS to anyone requesting service, repair, or new installs.

What a joy it was dealing with everyone at E.D.S Air Conditioning. Colleen P took my initial call and could not have been nicer, more helpful or informative about the services that would help me the best. My technician, Don Connelly was out first within hours of me making my initial call. After he assessed the problem and started my 20 yr old air conditioner. He notified me it really was time to get a new AC. In the end I purchased a new AC and Don patiently went through all the paperwork with me and answered all my questions. He was most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Eric Burgos and Omar Gomez as excellent workman with efficient customer service and for an amazing installation and their prompt friendly service. I've got a new AC company now!!! Great service, great people, reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again!!!

I was so impressed with Sean and his customer service. He acted as though he had all the time in the world and explained every option available before he did anything. He also sold us the service plan, which we had no intention of purchasing prior to him coming to service our AC. If you are in need of AC work, at least give Sean a chance before going with another company.

E.D.S is by far the most professional AC company I have ever done business with in my 40 years of homeownership in South Florida. Their service techs are well trained in their trade and always exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and respect while completing the job. I especially like the use of technology as it applies to helping me understand what the repair entails. My AC unit is on my condo roof so the pictures are helpful. The dispatchers are not just office people, they know what they're talking about and go out of their way to schedule the appt to facilitate the homeowner. Great company that I highly recommend

There is nothing more frustrating than coming home after a 10-hour flight to realize you have no hot water. This is what happened to me early this morning. Boohoo. So I called EDS in the morning and was on the schedule for early afternoon. The person that took my call was super pleasant and even asked me to make sure that my circuit breakers were all okay. To me that means they aren't trying to scheme me out of my money. I always go to worst case scenario in my head so I asked if they would be able to replace the water heater today if necessary and they said yes. That's super important to me since who wants to wait for hot water. The tech arrived at 2:30 and did his repairs in about an hour. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. One thing I really liked was that they text you once the technician is on his way with a picture of the tech and his location. This is super helpful for me because I work near my home and would rather not sit at home waiting for a service call. I am going to keep their number handy so I can continue to use them in the future.

I bought a new house and found that the 19 year old water heater could not be removed as it was stuck behind the A/C in the garage closet. I called E.D.S. and they sent someone out immediately. I already had some p[lumbers out and E.D.S. quoted a fair price and had them start the job the next day. Paul, who is great, came out did his work exceedingly well and was conscientious to make sure that everything was right. I have been in Florida 40 years and had many plumbers and scam artists come and go (for instance Art's Plumbing who is well known and big but are rude and untrustworthy) and E.D.S. is the real thing. Delivered exactly what they promised in a fair and timely manner. If you have a choice always ask for Paul.
