We are landlords, who self manage our properties, and are very reluctant providing our tenants direct access to contractors for fear of overuse. However, Mike at EcoStar Plumbing is the exception. We trust his trade skills, ability and judgment when dealing directly with out tenants. His is the only number we provide to our tenants.

After discovering a slab leak in our rental home, we called Mike to help diagnose the leak and give advice. He provided us with all the available options. Based on this, we made the decision to have them re-pipe our the house with PEX.

Mike has done both small (unclog drains, leaking faucets, etc.) and large jobs (slab leak, repipe) for us over the years, and he provides the same level of commitment and service for both. Mike completed the job on time, efficiently and kept us informed throughout the process.

I would highly recommend EcoStar and Mike, He is courteous, communicative and very friendly. His ""can do"" attitude really impressed us.

This allowed my landlord to make the quickest and most cost effective choice. He was prompt and thorough. He explained things to me without making me feel like ""a stupid girl"" for asking. I found EcoStar through HCCOA, and I couldn't be happier with the service Michael provided. I have recently purchased a home and from the Inspection Report their was a long list of plumbing issues that had to be fixed. The list was long and I was dreading what the final cost would be due to past experiences with plumbers...sometimes dealing with some was like dealing with a used car salesman (no offense to used car salesman but you get my point). Michael came in took a look at everything and was honest about what really needed to get done and what was actually unnecessary...there was no upsell...and the actual cost of all his work came under what he quoted me. Also, about a month afterwards, I had some issues with my washer and dryer hookup...it was a minor thing, but he came by took care of it, and didn't even charge me for that. I know if I would have called one of those bigger companies they would have probably charged me an arm and a leg for coming out.

I can't recommend EcoStar plumbing enough. Hopefully, I won't have any other plumbing issues in the future, but at least I have peace of mind that I can call EcoStar and be treated great.

We are a non-profit in a commercial building in Oceanside. EcoStar Plumbing was the 3rd quote I asked for to replace our Pressure Regulator Valve. Not only was he quick to stop by to see the placement of the exisitng valve, but his was the most reasonable quote. It doesn't end there...
