We used Mike and his team to do a whole house repipe after a slab leak was identified. Amazing service, knowledgeable and very courteous. He and his crew took great care to not harm any finishes, cabinets etc and did a remarkable job. We've used him for a few smaller jobs since then and will definitely use and recommend him and his team in the future without hesitation.

I was referred to Ecostar Plumbing by Siebert Construction. I had two companies attempt to clear my shower drain. They ended up quoting me on the need to open up my wall and do exploratory work to diagnose the problem.

Luckily, one call to Ecostar and the blockage was fixed! Mike told me that he would send Toby and that ""he can unclog almost any drain."" Very impressed, he was great. Toby took the time to WORK on the pipe and get it fixed and even took a look at another problem as well.

I was shocked once he said it was draining and working as I was convinced I had a non-functional shower. I was told by two companies that the trap must be broke and need repairing, glad they were wrong!

I would rec Ecostar to anyone needing drain assistance!

Our water pressure regulator went out on a Friday. I texted him and he was out of town. Sent him a couple pix so he knew which part to get, and he came out by 10am Saturday morning to swap it out. Prices very fair, quality of work excellent -he really knows his stuff- and easy to contact.
We found him a couple years ago through our contractor doing a full master bath remodel and since then we've also had him install a whole house water filter and sink RO system.
Very nice guy, is honest and conscientious. And fast.

Love them. I started using Ecostar about 5 years ago... a water heater change, a garbage disposal change, a few bathroom issues, clogged drains, water filter installations, a sink issue and each time they are punctual, polite, super nice and never once have I felt they over charged when I'm sure they could have as other plumbing companies I've used in the past I feel had taken advantage of my plumbing ignorance. I will never call any other plumber, these guys are awesome.

We had our whole house re-piped and they never left us without water over the 2 1/2 days. They always arrived on time and were very courteous. There were a few items that required follow up and Michael always picked up the phone, was happy to help and came out promptly to address the issue of reversed hot and cold lines. We are landlords, who self manage our properties, and are very reluctant providing our tenants direct access to contractors for fear of overuse. However, Mike at EcoStar Plumbing is the exception. We trust his trade skills, ability and judgment when dealing directly with out tenants. His is the only number we provide to our tenants.

After discovering a slab leak in our rental home, we called Mike to help diagnose the leak and give advice. He provided us with all the available options. Based on this, we made the decision to have them re-pipe our the house with PEX.

Mike has done both small (unclog drains, leaking faucets, etc.) and large jobs (slab leak, repipe) for us over the years, and he provides the same level of commitment and service for both. Mike completed the job on time, efficiently and kept us informed throughout the process.

I would highly recommend EcoStar and Mike, He is courteous, communicative and very friendly. His ""can do"" attitude really impressed us.

Michael and his crew came out to fix a leak in my slab. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He gave a 3 part estimate--thw bandaid, his recommended service and the price for total overhaul. This allowed my landlord to make the quickest and most cost effective choice. He was prompt and thorough. He explained things to me without making me feel like ""a stupid girl"" for asking. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Always good to know you have a plumbler you can trust and feel good about recommending!
