We are very pleased with Economy Rooter. We've had two situations in past 4 months. One with pipes under the house, and recently with garbage disposal. Economy Rooter has been responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. The workers arrive with the proper tools, inventory, and ready to work. The office staff is easy to understand and helpful. Any questions we've had have been answered with patience, friendliness, and professionalism. Our problems have been resolved without complaint. We would use them again and again!

Sergio helped install my toilet today, did a super great job! He picked up the product from Home Depot and found out it was missing an important part! He then had to go back to Home Depot and exchanged for it and came back again to install it! I'm super thankful for his service! The best service ever!!

Excellent work and customer service! We had issues with our clogged toilet that needed further repair and needed it fixed right away. They were very prompt. Sergio came and did an excellent job. The repair was very quick and thorough. We are very pleased with the quality and care of the work!

Terrible , Terrible service. What a freaking rip off. This company charges additional $385 just to remove a handle on the shower wall in order to get to the pipe to fix a leak. Something as simple as a 5 min job and 1 screw to remove to slightly swing out of the way to get to the shower feed pipe & they want additional $385, WTF . Don't ever use this company . Sergio was so bad !!!!

BEWARE! After five years my water heater started to leak just a week ago.
We used Lowes to buy the heater and used the Economy Rooter Inc. company for installation as Lowes used to use them at the time 2019. There were issues with the installation back then also. They had to come back out several times to have it to code according to the permit regulations for it to pass. Well when the water heater started to leak recently I called the A.O smith company number on the water heater to use the warranty since its still in warranty of the six years, and they asked me for the serial number and I could not locate this anywhere on the water heater. So basically nothing can be done for me without this. I thought oh well maybe its in the back of the tank and when I get the new company from Lowes to install this new purchased water heater we can call in about the old tank's warranty. No serial number anywhere to be found on the tank this company brought and installed before in June 2019. I cannot believe that the tank they brought us is missing the serial number sticker from the get go. Something is very fishy because I called them two days ago and the women Seiki asked for me to send her the water heaters pictures so she could tell me where to find the serial number and when I did send her the pictures they just have not gotten back to me. Beware before doing business with this company make sure you check that the item is a new one and has serial number on it and register it right then on that day to make sure. Something tells me that they did not bring us the new water heater from Lowes that day!! Don't say I did not warn you guys. The new heater we personally picked up from Lowes now clearly has the serial number on a white squared 5 inch sticker. This company stressed us out back then and now five years later the stress returned.
Cost us greatly since we could not use the warranty that the old tank still had. BEWARE!

Diego came out today to install a new toilet for me and a shower head in my master bathroom. He was very polite and pleasant, did an excellent job, explained everything to me. I couldn't have asked for a better service call from a plumber. Great job Diego!

Rapid response to fix a plugged toilet. Called in the morning and they were there that afternoon. George did a great job -professional and friendly. Took him 10 minutes to unplug the toilet.

Economy Rooter saved us from a moldy cabinet. Our disposal was leaking causing the cabinet to totally soak. Their customer service was great from the beginning and they even offered same day service but we couldn't make it that day. They did give us a window of arrival instead of exact time, but they called 30 minutes beforehand so we would know when they would be here. They were super professional, and had their own covers for shoes which I was really impressed because I've never seen a plumber do this. It turned out that our disposal just needed to be screwed so they didn't charge us! Was really happy with their service and will call them again.
