I called on a Saturday night because of a major toilet blockage. They couldn't send anyone until Sunday, but that was OK. Marc came out on schedule Sunday. He was friendly, polite, and did a great job. The repair wasn't cheap, but Marc had to remove the toilet to get to the blockage. And I didn't expect an inexpensive plumbing job from a weekend/emergency plumber. All told, if I need a plumber after hours again, I'll call Economy and request Marc.

Economy plumbing has snaked my drains twice now (snicker, always silly to say). Anyways, they have been available outside of normal business hours so it made scheduling this last appointment very easy. They offered weeknights and weekends without up charging! And because I have been a repeat client, I received a discount. Very satisfied with the work! Also beyond happy with the respectfulness of the plumber, Marc. He wore protective booties when entering the home, he explained what tasks needed to be done, and preventative measures tenants could make to avoid future issues. Came up as a sponsored Google Guaranteed plumber in my area and really glad I called. Accidentally broke off the threading to our house's front hose pipe trying to replace the leaky bibb on my own this morning, and knew I had to call in a service for resoldering before we could turn the main water valve to the house back on. My call was received politely and professionally at about 2pm today. Service window was set for 3:30-4:30p. I got a follow up call at 3p that the techincian was on his way. Joe arrived right on time at 3:30p, took a quick look, headed out for some parts, and had everything fixed, tested and working by 5p. Fast and friendly service, fair price, 30-day warranty. Housemates and wife will not be livid at me when everyone gets home from work tonight because the water for the house is working and not pouring out onto the sidewalk! Normally we try to fix our own plumbing problems - we have a small drain snake and can clean up our own messes pretty well. Yesterday, our tub clogged and the sink started draining into it - that meant the clog was much deeper than normal and while we tried to fix it, we couldn't do it.

Joe came out on short notice, about 2 hours after we called, within the agreed-upon time window. He let us know up front how much it would cost for a problem like ours ($350). He spent a looong time fighting with our very clogged drain. He was really nice, polite, and friendly, and explained what he was doing very patiently. I think many other folks would have given up sooner, but he kept going and ended up finding a big gross chunk of the previous tenants' hair. Yuck.

Afterward, he spent time cleaning up after himself and I think our bathroom is cleaner than it was when we started.

The folks on the phone were really nice and polite as well. Hopefully we won't need a plumber again soon but I was seriously impressed with Economy & Joe. We didn't price check so I don't know if there would be cheaper options, but getting it done well is worth the price, IMHO.

I had a problem with my clean out and was told economy plumbing could do the job. They sent a service technician name Joesph out to my property to help me with my problem. The guy had all these gadgets along with a camera and quoted me $750 to do the job. I told him he was twice as much as his competitors. He asked what was there quote and I told him $390 and he said he would do it for $450. I knew then he was full of ""bull Shiiid ""and was out to hustle. So he did everything with his gadgets except send a sneak through. He comes back and tells me I have a bigger problem than thought. He than quoted me a price of $1300 and said he might can fix the problem with stronger water pressure if it's not a broken pipe. I told the guy ""I'm cool ""and I want be needing him any further. I called Rooter Router and there service technician sent a sneak a 130 ft through my clean out and captured the baby wipes that was clogging up my pipe. I received a service for $390 and was more than satisfied with his performance. I felt personally it was a fair price dealing with Shiiid.All I can say is if you call economy plumbing, make sure to get other quotes first. I tried doing the job myself earlier by renting a sneak from Homedepot.There sneak only reached out a 100 ft and I needed a sneak that reached 150 ft..

Called for service on a Sunday and had a very fast response time. Macky showed up and was very polite and professional. Answered all my questions and I was very satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Macky for your plumbing needs. I will definitely call back should a an issue aroused in the future.

Joe came out at 10pm for an urgent dishwasher leak, I had airbnb'd my unit and a quick response was crucial. He's very polite and friendly and got the job done right.

I called one other place and they told me they could do it tomorrow and after I told them I needed somebody tonight they said they would charge me an ""emergency"" fee just for coming out since it was late.

Economy plumbing was the first one listed on google's preferred vendors and rightfully so thanks to Joe!

Clogged toilet in garage. I called a couple of companies on a Saturday afternoon only to hear that no plumbers immediately available and when they do come available it will be a % surcharge for after hours work. I called Economy around 4pm and luckily they had a guy in my area they could send asap. Chris arrives and quickly tells me the toilet is not the issue but further down the line. How? I wasn't sure but he seemed so sure of it he avoided touching the toilet and immediately snaked the plumbing line by the bathroom in the garage. The toilet started emptying but not 100%. Chris then found another entry point at front of garage to snake further to the street. Within 20 minutes my toilet was back to normal. Cheers to Chris for being professional and not tearing my toilet apart. It's nice to meet people who still take pride in doing the job right. Thanks Economy.

I have had the pleasure of having Chris come out and fix my garbage disposal, my water heater and unclog my toilet and he was courteous and explained the whole process to us. I felt that he treated us if we we're his family. We're going to be opening up a business soon and I know exactly who I'll be calling to do all our plumbing needs. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

BE WARNED PEOPLE!!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR CLOGGED TOILET.

So I call this company and ask for an estimate for a quicky snake job on a lightly clogged toilet and they tell me they can't do that but they'll send someone out to give me a free estimate. No service fee? Nope, free estimate. OK, that sounds good. Almost too good...No service fee to show up...FREE estimate. What a great company right? Ehhh read on. So the service guy shows up, Chris was his name. I walk him over to the toilet. Within 2 seconds he says, ""Oh man, this is gonna be a big job."" Really I think to myself? How could he make this judgment after 2 seconds of just looking at my toilet. I let him keep going because I know this will get good. ""So, it will be $250 to unclog it but then I have to do a lot more."" ""What more?"" I ask. ""Well, I'm going to need to replace this entire assembly and tighten the entire toilet up."" Tighten my toilet? What is that. Sounds interesting. So I ask him how he came to these conclusions with just a 2 second visual. He starts to look like a criminal who has been caught. Then I tell him btw I know that the assembly costs like $18 bucks and to unclog the toilet will take max 5 minutes. Then he starts to negotiate. ""Well, the best your gonna get from me is $179 for the snake job. And then...."" ""Hold it right there,"" I said. ""You just said it would be $250 for a minute snake job but then lowered it $70 when I questioned the price?"" Then Chris goes on about how $250 is a fair price for 5 minutes of work based on overhead yadda yadda. ""Whatever Chris $3000 per hour is way overpriced regardless of your overhead"" Chris gets angry and says go find another plumber. Well I bought my own snake and fixed the entire problem for $10 bucks. Go figure?
