Had a water line break and the management company for my property had these guys over to fix it within two hours. And on a Sunday afternoon, no less. Kudos to Spencer and Albert.

I do not think I will be using this company again. Although they did a fast job fixing unclogging a drain, the price was too high and according to the technician the specials announced on their website were all expired. If they are expired they should not be on the website. The person who showed up at my house was very helpful and he had good intentions, but there is not much he can do when he has to deal with situations like these ones. The person who runs the company should keep an eye on these little things to avoid annoying the company's clients.

Don't ever use this service unless you want to be ripped off by guys who want to cheat you. They show on line a special price to unclog drains, shear lie and rip off. The guys shows up doesn't listen to what I have to tell him about a clogged toliet, floods the bathroom and tells me it will be $850 - I told him that I didn't think so and so he cuts the price to $400- and then has the nerve to ask what I could pay. In the meantime, my floor is flooded due to this hooligans carelessness. These guys are rip offs stay away...

I felt completely taken advantage of and scammed by this company. It's one thing to offer a good price to get new customers but it's another to make me feel completely baited and switched with a teaser price.

I called the Dispatch number to get an appointment. I mentioned their prominently advertised $48.88 dollar special to the scheduler and she said that would cover a service with an auger or plunger. I clearly told her this was a basement drain backing up and draining slowly and she said they would try those options first. When the two guys arrived, they took two seconds to look at it, took zero tools with them to the site of the drain except for a flashlight and said ""That's going to be $225, the special rate is for an outside line."" And he pointed towards the street. What does that even mean?? When I called dispatch back the lady said that basically their teaser rate covers them plunging a toilet. Are you serious???? I could go to Ace Hardware and get a plunger myself for less than $48. Honesty and being up front is so important when dealing with trades like plumbers and this company gives plumbers a very bad name. I hated the way I was treated and hope no one has to go through this. Shame on you for dealing with people this way. I would recommend no one uses this company. If their prices jump by 400% once they get to the job site, call a highly rated company right off the bat, you'll end up paying the same but getting honest people who do good work.

These guys really do deliver. I called Friday evening and made appointment for 10 AM. The guys was reasonably punctual - no complaint there. Gave a look at the situation, gave me a quote, not cheap but not unreasonable. He (Henry) went about his business quickly and professionally. Within a half an hour, he was finished, cleaned up, gave us a little ""drain"" advice, and off he went. This was a very good experience. This is the third time we've used Economy Plumbing - don't need to look elsewhere.

The service person charged my wife $325 for a service call where he relighted the water heater and vacuumed the pan. It took him 5 minutes. He offered to replace our furnace for $2700. I have received 2 other estimates (free) and the highest is $1200 to replace the water heater with the exact same service. He tried to take advantage of my wife. Be aware of this company

The first and only time I hire a plumber without checking Yelp first. $850 to make my storm drain problem even worse by shooting two barrels of water into a broken pipe then telling me something I already knew: there's a break in the pipe. The guy offers to send a camera down the pipe for ""free"" but - oops! The camera doesn't actually record anything, so I'm either locked into using this company for the repair, since the only images will be in this guy's memory, or I pay again for a camera from someone else. Oh, and to do the camera, he'll have to come back tomorrow. Obviously I will not be using this company for the repair or anything else. The review that says this company is just looking to jack people once instead of building a relationship was spot on. The sizable repair job I need will be going to someone else.

Today we needed a plumber to snake out our drain in the backyard. Thomas came by and walked me through everything and helped me understand what was causing the problem. He was incredibly helpful and polite and knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly and within the estimate. Thanks, Thomas!

Don't use these guys.

Plumber came to fix a leak from the shower. Quotes me $1650 to tear into wall to replace shower handle thats leaking inside wall. Comes and does the work and charges me $1900. $250 extra to repair cracks is fiberglass shower.

My contractor comes to repair the drywall and notices NO WATER DAMAGE in my wall from the faucet. My contractor shows me and says the water leak couldn't have come from the faucet. I ask the plumber to come back and help me understand why. The plumber says there was a very tiny leak from the faucet and most of the leak came from cracks in the shower. I ask him to show me the water damage/evidence from the leaky faucet. He said he couldn't. Somehow this leak didn't leave a trace.

In the middle of a huge downpour, on a Sunday night, my garage roof started leaking onto all of my belongings. What to do??? In my case, call Economy Plumbing! Nilo and Douglas came at 8 PM, did all that they could for several hours and found that a drainage pipe was obstructed. Early the next morning, still pouring, but with new pipes in hand, the job was done, professionally and courteously.
These guys are plumbing lifesavers!
