BEWARE! This company was contracted through my warranty Fidelity National. My water heater had started to leak. First the techs arrive in an unmarked vehicle. He tried to tell me that my water heater was 8 years old. I indicated that wasn't true. House is only 4 years old. I actually looked up this specific model and was correct, in unit was built late 2013. Then I was told modifications will cost extra. They couldn't tell me exactly where the relief valve was going to be located so how did they know they needed modifications. They took water heater with them along with relief valve and copper pipe. Next day they installed new heater with relief valve in same location as previous valve. When I questioned the ""modifications"", I was threatened that they would just take the heater out and I would go without heater. I was further threatened that because it was Friday to get someone out on weekend it would cost even more. Buyer beware!

Liars!

This company was called out on a home warranty service call for my AC which is not currently working. On the day they are to come out for service, between 9-12 my wife and 3 year old are waiting in a hot house for these guys to come out. So she calls their number to get a status, and they LIED to her saying they already called me and said I canceled the request! This was the day after I paid the service fee! I followed up with my warranty company who CONFIRMED the request was not canceled and they LIED! So my wife and my son have been waiting from 9am to which is now 2pm for NOTHING. No one came, no one called, no courtesy, no apology, no explanation. I'm now doing further research to see how I can take this higher.

Had a plumber from a major plumbing company come out to look at our water heater, and he couldnt diagnose the problem without "" throwing parts at it "" and it could be hundreds of dollars. Well Economic Plumbing came out and the plumber took a look, went to his truck and came back with a new ignitor switch and viola, problem solved.

Also qouted me a very good price on a replacement water heater.

What an absolute embarrassment of a company. I was forced to use this company through a home warranty. They sent a guy out who did not know anything about AC. He put some freon in the system and called it a day. Left a mess of trash outside. A day later - exact same issue. Home warranty company said these yahoos had to come back. They scheduled an appointment from 830 - 1130 am. Never showed up, never heard from them, never picked up the phone and it's a day and a half later. Home warranty company says these yahoos decided they can't do the required work. So glad they call themselves professionals - professional fakes.

They came out on a home warranty call and said the repair was not covered so we paid out of pocket to install a pressure regulator and they installed it in the wrong spot so the pressure to the washer and irrigation is not regulated. They then have not returned any of my calls over the past 3 days.

RUN RUN RUN!!!! The name is a joke nothing professional abou them had to do a claim with home warrenty for my water heater service tech alan brought a new one as you would expect but then charged me a extra 150 because the new water heaters these days ""was made different"" and required extra plumbing...no it was same plumbing just alot taller so they used about 10 bucks in copper and solder to make the plumbing go higher to fit the new water heater...after he is done he just takes off ...i go to the garage and its left wiiiiide open with about 5k in tools air compressor table saw etc he had to use one of my towels and used my shop vac without my permission and didnt even clean it when done .... I went to close the garage door and it wont close i look over by were he installed the w/h and low and behold...my garage sensor was kicked off bromen laying to the side...no wonder why he just took off so i called him and the company number...comp. didnt answer i left a voice mail i called alan advised what he did and that he needed to come back to fix it..he said ok then dead silence on the phone...i asked him his eta for coming to fix it and said ""i dont know man i dont even know"" poor customer service and a coward at that i would of at least respected him for accountability at the minimal run from these guys even if its a home warrenty request your choice of a plumber these dude are sorry amd suck horrible customer service they never even called me back

Garbage disposal went kaput on Sunday, and I was assigned Economic Plumbing by my home warranty company. Received a call back Monday morning. A professional young man, Ever, came over to replace the disposal in about 20 minutes. He tested it out and cleaned up after himself! Thank you!

Great service:
-Our technician remembered us from a previous plumbing issue we had.
- He was polite, friendly, and worked diligently.
-Explained the reason we had the issue, replaced the tank, and showed us the finished product.

I was hesitant to use the group based on past reviews buy was reassured by home warranty they are a good business.
I called at 8am and Mike said he could send a truck out between 10 and 2 pm same day and they would call before heading out - Great!
They called after 11am and I said to head over. I showed them the issue with the drain backing up in the sink...
They used their own tools to test and keep things clean and told me exactly what they were going to do.
They did the work and tested for about 10 more minutes to be sure no issues. They were done shortly after noon, sink fixed!
Polite young men... ""Usiel"" was the lead. Some people complained about them bring so young but I figure you've got to start somewhere and I'm getting older.

Do not walk, RUN from this company. The only thing ""economic"" or ""professional"" is the name. We had no hot water. Our home warranty company assigned them and they came out 5 times to fix the problem each time saying it was something different and 6 weeks later, we still have no hot water. They refused to come out again stating it was an electrical problem. We had an electrician out and he said there was nothing electrical wrong with the system. Then they blamed the well, the well we share with 3 other families and none of them have problems. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the problem. If you call, 7 repair visits requiring 7 times off work, not to mention the time waiting, throwing parts at a problem and not finding the real cause, and the hassle of no hot water economic or professional, go ahead and use them. Otherwise, RUN!!!!!
